And thank you so much for joining me for this mind the pain mindfulness meditation aimed at reducing the stress,
Pain,
And anxiety caused by endometriosis.
When you're ready,
I invite you to close your eyes or keep an unfocused gaze in front of you,
Whichever you prefer.
Sitting up straight or lying down,
Your head,
Shoulders,
Belly,
And full body slowly melting into the surface below you.
We'll just start with a deep breath in through your nose,
Allowing your belly to expand,
And then gently exhale through your mouth,
Releasing any tension in the body.
One more time,
Deep breath in through your nose,
And gently exhale out.
Great job.
As you continue to breathe deeply and slowly,
Feel the weight of your body supported by the surface beneath you.
Now allow yourself to be fully present in this moment,
Letting go of any thoughts or worries.
They don't serve us here.
Hopefully feeling more calm and at peace,
We'll just repeat the following affirmation silently or out loud.
Feeling their truth resonate within you,
Reminding ourselves of how capable we are to tackle anything that comes our way,
Because you're a warrior.
So when you're ready,
Repeat after me.
I'm beyond strong and capable of overcoming anything,
Big or small.
Even if I'm afraid,
I know I can conquer anything.
I am confident,
Empowered,
And so freaking awesome.
I am great at what I do.
I won't let anyone get the better of me.
I love myself and know my worth.
I am so strong and won't let anything stop me.
My body is a beautiful thing,
And I trust its ability to heal.
No one will disrupt my cool,
Calm flow.
I am kind to myself and put my needs first.
I am surrounded by love and support.
Even if it's challenging,
I know I can totally handle it,
Because I always do.
I am so damn amazing.
I am so proud of myself.
I am so damn amazing.
I can't believe the amount of things I have overcome.
I can truly survive anything.
I embrace each moment with courage and grace.
There will be things and people that frustrate me.
I will breathe deeply and be compassionate to myself when this happens.
The universe always has my back.

Just let these affirmations fill you with confidence and fearlessness,
