A soothing breath meditation to help us let go of the day and ease into a restful sleep. This is really helpful for nervous system dysregulation. Really hope it helps, warrior. Massive thanks to Ønetent from Pixabay for the beautiful background music.

Good evening warrior and thank you so much for joining me for this mind the pain mindfulness meditation where we use science-based mindfulness tools to manage your endometriosis stress pain and anxiety.

Let's just lie down and feel your body loosen and relax.

I invite you to close your eyes if you like just allow the mind to settle and let go of the day and all the heavy things we've carried with it that's behind us now and we're safe here relinquishing any guilt or shame if we couldn't show up for ourselves or others today maybe canceling things last-minute because of a flare-up or fatigue.

Don't worry warrior you're here now and these thoughts don't serve us.

When you're ready I invite you to just gently place your hand on your belly and take a deep inhale in through the nose feel the belly rise and let out a massive long sigh and feel the belly fall one more time take a deep inhale in through the nose and feel the belly rise and let out a massive long sigh and feel the belly fall reach up taking your hand off your belly and softly placing it on your heart just feel the gentle rise and fall of your chest and tune into your breath as it returns to its natural rhythm watching as it flows in through your nose and out through your mouth stay with this feeling and just allow any thoughts that pop up to just float away without resistance or judgment creating space between us and them remembering that they're not needed here and just gently tune into your body witnessing any feelings of safety where there's no pain or tension just make a mental note of what a regulated nervous system feels like especially since us endo-warriors can often be pushed out of this relaxed state because of our pain keeping your hand on your heart and putting a gentle smile on your face take a deep breath in and a nice exhale out just watch the good feelings coming into your body the ease release and infinite safety of this moment witnessing all parts of you open up including your shoulders pelvis taking another slow deep breath in and feel the good feels flowing all throughout your body from your head slowly down to your feet and toes placing your hand back down allow your eyes to become heavier and heavier where you couldn't open them even if you try and just know that you're safe in your body and that you can return to this feeling of safety throughout your day tomorrow even if life and our endo are challenging us reminding ourselves to take everything just one day one moment one second at a time and with one last deep breath in a nice long sigh out watch as your mind carries you into its deepest state of relaxation your consciousness is no longer necessary knowing we're fully at peace and ready to drift away into a calm restful sleep good night dear warrior may your dreams be as beautiful as you
