Just get yourself comfortable either sitting up straight or lying down,
And I invite you to just gently close your eyes or keep an unfocused gaze in front of you,
Whichever you prefer.
And just feel your head,
Shoulders,
Belly,
And full body slowly relaxing and letting go.
And when you're ready,
We'll just do a nice deep inhale through the nose,
An extra quick inhale filling all the way up,
And a nice slow exhale.
Again,
A nice deep inhale in through the nose,
Expanding the belly,
And an extra quick inhale,
And a nice slow exhale.
When manifesting,
It's always important to remember that this isn't woo-woo junk science.
We're actually programming our thoughts and beliefs to know that we can do anything we set our mind to,
Because we can.
We're also training our nervous system to feel safe with this new you,
So nothing can stand in your way.
Alright,
Now that we've put any skepticism to bed,
We'll just begin with gratitude,
Because gratitude is a powerful sign to the brain and body that we're safe,
Supported,
And abundant.
So just take a moment now to think of three things that you're grateful for,
Big or small.
It might be the roof over your head,
The people you're surrounded by,
Maybe a friend who makes you laugh,
Or simply the fact that you're here,
Breathing,
And choosing to take this time for yourself.
As you focus on this gratitude,
Feel a soft warmth growing in your chest.
Science shows that the thoughts we focus on most create wired patterns in the brain,
Shaping our mood and perception of life.
By practicing gratitude,
We're literally rewiring our brain for joy and possibility.
So just lean into this new path of growth,
And feel that warmth spreading throughout your body,
From head to toe.
Now,
Bring to mind something you deeply desire,
Something you wish to call into your life.
It could be a new job,
Wealth,
A partner,
Anything,
Even a cat.
See it clearly in your mind.
Just imagine that it's already yours.
Witness how the feeling of already having it shows up in the body.
Feel the joy,
The relief,
And the confidence that comes from having this in your life,
Right now.
Let the feeling of having it rise in your body,
Lifting your energy,
Raising your vibration,
Feeling your cells expand.
Visualize having the thing,
And embed it into your subconscious.
Now just imagine how this new version of yourself,
The one who already has what you desire,
Moves,
Dresses,
And just carries themselves.
Feel yourself stepping into that version of you,
Right here,
In this moment.
And if your mind wanders,
Or you notice any doubt creeping in,
That's okay.
We never shame ourselves for low vibrations or difficult emotions.
We just simply notice,
And gently return to the feeling of trust and possibility that what we want is already ours.
Remember that every thought is a signal to the brain,
And when we align our thoughts with what we want,
We teach our mind and body that it's both possible and safe.
And if any skepticism is still present,
Just take a moment to mentally rehearse past achievements,
Times in your life where you set your mind to something,
And made it happen.
Feel that same inner strength and capability lighting up inside of you now.
Remind yourself,
If I've achieved before,
I can achieve again.
And in these final moments,
Just silently affirm these words to yourself.
I trust the universe,
And I trust myself.
I am capable of creating the life I desire.
I am open,
I am ready,
I am patient,
And I am ready.
And just take a deep,
Intentional breath in,
And a nice,
Long,
Releasing breath out.
And remember this beautiful quote from Shakespeare,
Whenever we feel unnecessary doubt creep in,
Which it always does.
Our doubts are traitors,
And make us lose the good we oft might win by fearing to attempt.
Stay in these feelings of self-trust and abundance.
Visualizing yourself as this cool,
Compassionate,
Calm,
Courageous,
And confident version of you in the here and now.
Pushing back hard and fast on any thoughts of self-doubt,
Not giving them any oxygen or air time.
We'll just arrive back to the room by taking a deep inhale in,
And a nice,
Slow exhale out.

A nice,
Deep breath in,
And a slow exhale out.
We'll wiggle the fingers and toes.
Give yourselves a nice,
Gentle stretch,
And slowly open your eyes.

Remember that the concept of changing our thoughts and beliefs to manifest anything we want has been repeated by some of the greatest philosophers and prophets throughout history.
If nothing else,
Just simply rest in the notion that we become what we think about.
And just simply believing in ourselves is the first and most important step to creating the life you so desire.
It's a universal law,
Just like gravity.
