Allow the eyes to softly close and if it is comfortable,
Breathe in and out through your nose.
Begin to bring your awareness inwards to your breath.
Notice how the breath feels and where it is in your body.
Relax your jaw and allow your tongue to rest on the roof of your mouth.
Relax the space between your eyebrows and slowly start to deepen the breath.
Bring it in deeper into your belly and as you inhale,
Feel your belly expand like a balloon.
And as you exhale,
Feel your navel draw into your spine.
Begin to inhale to a breath count of five and exhale to a breath count of five.
And you can do this counting your own five deep breaths.
Take one last deep inhale and whenever you're ready,
You can exhale.
And now we will begin our I AM affirmations.
I AM love's light.
I AM unstoppable.
I AM healing.
I AM the shit.
I AM because we are.
I AM here.
I AM who I AM.
I AM amazing.
I AM enough.
I AM deserving.
I AM in control of the outcome.
I AM a manifestor of my destiny.
I AM love.
I AM beautiful.
I AM bold.
I AM authentic.
I AM balanced.
I AM confident.
I AM divine.
I AM enough.
I AM eternal.
I AM flourishing.
I AM grounded.
I AM healthy.
I AM intuitive.
I AM on a journey.
I AM knowledgeable.

Take a deep breath in.
Lift your chest and draw your breath all the way into your lower belly.
Now let it go.
Bring small movements back into your fingers and your toes.
Waking up your body gently.
Allow your mind to become fully awake and alert while you still feel relaxed.
When you are ready,
Open your eyes.
You are calm.
You are fully awake and you are energized.
