There is no right or wrong way to meditate.
Whatever you experience during this meditation is right for you.
Do not try to make anything happen,
Just observe.
Allow your eyes to comfortably close and come down into your breath,
Into your body,
Relaxing your belly and softening your mind.
Feel the support beneath you.
Connect with the ground below and let it take your weight.
Take a long,
Slow,
Deep breath in.
Hold it for a moment and then slowly exhale.
Allow any tension to melt away as you gradually relax more and more deeply with each breath.
Begin by finding a comfortable position,
Sitting on the floor with your legs crossed or lying on your back.
Close your eyes and begin to relax.
Take a deep breath.
Allow your muscles to relax.
Your body will continue to relax as you meditate.
Begin with a deep inhale through your nose and exhale through your mouth.
You will continue this process throughout your meditation.
As we will begin with your I AM meditations.
Your meditation for I AM is related to your root chakra.
Think of bright red.
Think of security.
Think of your foundation.
And we will begin.
I am in the right place at the right time doing the right thing.
I am inspired to take action every day.
I am fearless.
I am brave.
My fears of tomorrow are simply melting away.
You will now inhale through your nose and exhale through your mouth.
I am grateful.
I am free.
I am worthy.
I am a powerhouse and I am important.
Deep breath in through your nose and exhale through your mouth.
Think of your body being relaxed.
Think of your body being free.
You are removing any insecurities as you work through these emotions.
I am whole.
I am enough.
I am me.
I am loved.
My body is healthy.
My mind is brilliant.
And my soul is at peace.
Inhale through your nose and exhale through your mouth.
Take a moment to scan through your body and see if there is anything presenting for you.
Are you feeling any pain in your ankles or your feet?
Are you feeling anything in your knees or your hips?
Take a minute to reflect on your lower back,
Your upper back,
Your neck,
Your shoulders.
Let go of any tension that you are holding in your heart,
In your abdomen.
As you move through these areas,
You are releasing your tension.
You are releasing your stress.
It is now gone.
Inhale through your nose and exhale through your mouth.
I am abundance.
Always remember your efforts are being supported by the universe.
Your dreams are manifesting into reality before your eyes.
Remember to be true,
To be loving,
And to start from within.
Take another deep breath.
Gently open your eyes and thank yourself for being present in this moment.
