This is a gratitude blessing by Josh Reeves with beautiful piano music by Kent Rautenstraus. This meditation thanks all that is sacred for the spirit within each one of us, and expresses gratitude for our blessings.

A gratitude blessing. Thank you all that is sacred for your life in me. The gift to hear, To feel, To know, And to see. Thank you all that is sacred for your love in me. The courage to receive, To give, To grow, And to believe. Thank you all that is sacred for your trust in me. The wisdom to care, Discern, To understand with depth and simplicity. Thank you all that is sacred for your peace in me. The ability to slow down, Notice, And ascertain with equanimity. Thank you all that is sacred for your timelessness in me. The grace to hold all that is most precious in eternal memory. Thank you all that is sacred for your life in me.
