This is a Lakota Thanksgiving Prayer from Patty Luckenbach's album, Come Pray with Me. This meditation thanks the Great Spirit for the spirit within each one of us and expresses gratitude for our answered prayers.

This song is a prayer and it's thanking Great Spirit,

The Creator,

For the spirit within each one of us.

We're giving thanks that our prayers have been answered.

We recognize that Spirit is always with us,

But we're saying thank you life.

Beautiful, Thank you 🙏 …I see the Buffalo 🦬 retuning to the high planes of Colorado. I give thanks for their return. I weep inside for all that has been taken from Mother Earth, the people the tribes…… then I see the White Buffalo in the herds and the light within rises, Spirit rises within and a beautiful peaceful light fills and heals old wounds from long ago.
