We are going to do a meditation on deep relaxation and letting go.
On letting go of the fear that is around us during this time.
And we're going to come back to a place of peace.
To a place of knowledge of our inner self.
And the unshakable peace that is within us.
So start by getting comfortable,
Whether you're in a seated position or laying down on your bed.
Wherever you are just get comfortable.
So that you don't need to move for a few minutes.
And start taking a few deep breaths with a long inhale.
And breathing out with a long exhale.
Do that again with a long inhale.
And a nice deep exhale.
And we'll do that one last time.
Breathing in deeply.
And exhaling deeply.
Letting all your muscles relax with that breath.
And just return your breath to a natural rhythm.
So that you don't have to think about it.
And relax each one of your muscles.
Imagine just sinking into the chair.
Letting it hold you.
Or if you're lying down on a bed,
Sinking into the bed.
And letting that hold you and cradle you.
So we're going to go into a deep relaxation.
We're going to be engaging with the ethereal body and the energetic realm.
Going outside of ourselves and our bodies into the fabric of all possibility.
We are all made up of energy.
Everything around us is made up of energy.
And so we are going to let the borders of our body gently relax.
And we're going to enter into the fabric of all possibility.
Imagine that you're resting amongst the stars.
Letting the clouds hold you.
Delicate yet strong.
You are held and you are safe.
See the stars twinkling all around you.
Seeing the world,
Our planet out there revolving steadily as it always does.
See the oceans healing.
The waves rolling in and back out.
Adhering to their natural rhythm.
See the trees standing tall.
Palm trees waving in the breeze.
Travel up the coast.
To the strong sturdy wise pines.
Breathing in the sweet air,
The clean air,
The crisp air.
See the rainforests coming to life.
See the coral reefs growing back,
Colorful as ever.
With pods of fish,
Joyfully swimming past.
And dolphins jumping out of the water.
Peace permeating.
A return to a slowness,
A gentleness.
Living with intention in the present moment.
Caring for the earth around us and our fellow humans.
Caring for people,
For our community and loved ones and strangers.
See the unknown,
Who become known.
Dear friends,
See one like you or like I.
Sharing in the mysticism of creation.
The wonder.
The vastness and sheer beauty of life.
Feel the elevation of having come together.
Having connected on a deeper level.
Imagine all of humanity.
Safe and surrounded in a beautiful white light.
See them healthy and happy and thriving.
Open your heart.
Feel gratitude for the present moment,
For that's all we ever have.
Open your heart.
Let love in.
Let the love in that's been wanting to fill you,
To sustain you.
Let love fill you so fully there is nothing left to do.
You are whole.
You are present.
You are safe.
It is safe to give.
It is safe to love.
It is safe to be entirely you.
And to let the earth be entirely her.
And to let the entire population be themselves.
Rising together.
There is nothing to do but love.
Feel that love coursing through your body.
Through your heart and your chest and your abdomen,
Down through your legs.
Down through your arms,
Up your neck.
Caressing your head and your crown.
Feel it expanding outside of your body and surrounding you.
In whatever room you were in,
Picture it filled with love.
And know that you can return to this love anytime.
It's always there waiting for you to acknowledge it.
So slowly take a deep breath.
All the way in and exhale it out.
And whenever you're ready,
Open your eyes.
