Welcome to this five-minute guided meditation,
A place where you can leave all your thoughts and feelings from the day and just be present in this moment.
So let's close our eyes and start to deepen our breath,
Inhaling and exhaling,

Let's let go of the day,
Of anything that's been on our mind or heart,
And let's give it to the universe.
Let it go,
Let it be handled,
Or knowing we can always pick it back up whenever we want,
But for now we're letting it go.
We are relaxing,
Breathing into our body and exhaling out,
Knowing that in this moment we are safe,
We are cared for,
We are loved,
And just breathing in and out,
Breathing in and out,
Letting our body rest and let go,
Letting our mind rest and let go,
And letting our heart rest and let go,
Meeting ourselves,
Coming back to ourselves,
Welcoming ourselves,
Knowing there's nowhere to go,
Nowhere to be,
Nothing to do,
But be right here,
Breathing in and out,
Letting your inhale and your exhale guide you to a softer place,
To a sweeter place,
To a place where you can rest,
Inhaling and exhaling,

Imagining waves lapping at your ankles,
Saying hello,
Finding yourself on a sandy beach with the softest sand and the most mellow crystal-clear blue water lapping at your ankles.
You are at peace in this moment.
It feels good to be in this moment.
There's a gentleness to the wind,
The sun is perfectly warming your body,
And the ocean is the most beautiful mix of blues you've ever seen.
Taking a deep inhale and a deep exhale,
Another deep inhale and a deep exhale,
Knowing you can come back to this beautiful place whenever you want,
That you are safe,
That you are cared for,
That you are loved.
Taking a deep inhale and a deep exhale,
Feeling the peace of the moment,
Feeling the subtle joy of the moment and relaxing.
Whenever you're ready,
You can wiggle your hands and your toes,
Bringing yourself back,
And whenever you're ready,
You can open your eyes.
