Mila

Mila’s philosophy stems from a combination of eastern and western mindfulness techniques, combining them in ways she has found helpful. She has been practicing meditation since 2010, taught for the Art of Elysium and has co-taught at the Den in Los Angeles. She teaches purely because meditation helped her to overcome depression and significantly changed her life. She wants to share these tools with others to help uplift them and bring them closer to who they really are.
