You don't have to sit perfectly,
And there is no pressure to do this right.
Just arrive.
Notice where you are,
The feeling of your body being supported,
Maybe a chair beneath you,
Or the ground underneath your feet,
And let that be enough for now.
Now,
Bringing your attention to your breath,
No pressure to change it,
We are just noticing it,
The inhale and the exhale.
And if your mind is on the move,
That's okay.
That's what minds do.
Just notice where it went,
And then gently bring it back.
Back to the breath.
Back to your body.
You might notice feelings,
Let them be there.
You don't have to push anything away to feel grounded.
You can be here with all of it.
Deep breath in,
Slow breath out.
One more.
In.
In this moment,
There is nothing to solve,
Nothing to figure out.
We are just sitting,
And breathing,
And being.
