I just want you to take a deep breath.

Breathe into it.

Make sure that you're fully encompassing the volume of your breath of life.

We forget to breathe,

So take a few minutes right here and breathe.

And now I want you to actually feel your heart beat.

As you're going into this breath,

You realize that your heart is beating.

It's beating slower,

More relaxed.

Your breath is deeper,

More full.

Now I want you to relax the top of your head.

Imagine squishing up your face and then relaxing it.

Tightening up your shoulders so they're reaching up towards your ears and then letting them go.

So they're all the way down.

I want you to constrict your spine a little bit,

Rolling your shoulders forward and then release,

Bringing your shoulders back into a natural,

Comfortable position.

Tighten up your sit bones and then when you release,

Make sure that your spine is in line with your sit bones.

Tighten up your legs and relax them.

Tighten up your feet and your toes and relax them.

Tighten up your arms and your hands and relax them.

Go back to your heartbeat and breathe.

Now I want you to imagine that your body is inside a giant jar of glitter.

There's sparkles lighting up your body.

You might even feel a natural smile come to your mouth.

And I want you to imagine your day,

Your perfect day.

I want you to start with what it feels like to have things go right today.

All the things on your plate.

Take a few minutes to just see them going exactly the way you want them to.

Maybe even better than planned.

Maybe someone brings you lunch.

Maybe you get something extra healthy.

Maybe you get some time to walk outside on a beautiful day.

You get good news.

I want you to just breathe into the ability to start your day with positive attitude and a positive outlook.

Set some intentions for today.

We all have goals.

I'd rather you set intentions.

Set the intention that today is going to be a good day.

That you're going to be loving and kind.

That you're going to release negativity as it comes near you and reach out with love and kindness back.

This is going to be a good day.

This is going to be a good evening.

This is going to be a good night.

The universe has your back.

Things are going right for you today.

You love yourself.

You can't help but smiling throughout the entire day.

You're grateful to be here healthy and alive.

Imagine your body pain-free,

Stress-free and happy.

Imagine greeting your loved ones with joy,

With hugs,

With good news.

Today is going to be a good day.

When you're ready,

Return to your breath and your heartbeat and open your eyes and go about making your intentions a reality.
