I just want you to start by breathing.

Take a deep breath in and let it all out.

Take another deep breath and let it all out.

Now I want you to start breathing and thinking about your heartbeat at the same time.

Breathe in and see if you can match out your breath as you go out with your heartbeat.

In and out.

In and out.

Until you feel your heartbeat and your breath come into a rhythm.

Bringing you into a calmer,

Safer,

More comfortable place.

Now I want you to imagine and feel your heartbeat as it connects down into the earth.

You can go down out the tailbone,

Straight into the earth until you feel that pulse.

The earth has a rhythm,

A pulse like a heartbeat.

It is its heartbeat.

And I want you to connect your heartbeat and the earth's heartbeat as if you are one.

And while you're doing this,

Your breath is going to go in and out like the ocean and the tide.

Don't you feel better already?

Now as we do this,

I want you to bring that energy up into your heart,

The energy from the earth into your heart.

And I want you to remember that you're an earth being,

But you're a consciousness that's bigger than just you and your earthly body.

So I want you to expand that consciousness out.

Find it out and touch the ocean.

Touch the rivers,

Touch the flow because your body is the same percentage of water as the earth.

So imagine your body is a mini earth and you are connected to the earth.

You're not separate.

So you're going to just breathe in and out like the tide.

And I want you to imagine as you stay in this energy that you're inside a beautiful giant jar of glitter and that this glitter comes through your body,

Taking away the negative emotions and the negative charges.

Very often,

Most of what we hold on to doesn't even belong to us.

It's the group consciousness of the planet.

It's our friends and our family.

So I want you to imagine this giant jar of glitter removing the negative energy that you've picked up throughout your day and night as you're walking around,

As you're interacting with other people.

So we're letting go.

We're letting go of the feelings that we pick up from other people,

Whether it's a projection on us or just a motion we feel empathetically.

We release it and let it go because it doesn't belong to us.

And we're replacing it with the sparkly white light,

The glitter light of the connection to all that is.

That glitter is your birthright to go through your body,

Re-energizing you,

Making you feel good,

Making you feel whole,

Making you feel safe.

Now I want you to take a moment and call all your energy back into your body because as we go through the earth,

We share our energy.

We give it away to other people.

So I want you to come back into your body,

Make sure that you're grounded in your center.

When I say grounded,

That means that area where you go down into the earth and you pull the earth energy back up into your body.

When I say center,

I mean that you're coming into your heart and remembering you're a heart conscious person.

It is all about the energy of loving yourself and loving other people.

So here with all of your energy back into your body and other people's energy out of your body,

You can take a moment to just breathe in and out like the tide of the ocean.

I want you to take another step and I want you to forgive the things that have happened to you in the last day or two days or anything that's bringing a negative energy into your life.

Forgive that person that cut you off in traffic or that person who upsets you at work or your kids or your parents or somebody you've come in contact with.

Maybe it's your spouse,

Whatever they said or whatever they did that upset you.

I want you to take a moment and let that go.

Doesn't that feel better?

You might even say the words,

I forgive you for not being what I needed you to be in that moment.

And that releases the negative energy that you're carrying and you feel your heart expand and you feel your shoulders relax.

Go further and take a moment and forgive yourself for anything you're blaming yourself for or worried about.

Or even if you feel like you should be somewhere else in your life at this place in time,

Forgive yourself for not being there,

For not being who you think you should be.

Give yourself and set yourself free because you're in this perfect moment in this perfect place.

And that's the only way you can keep from going forward is to stay hindered in the past.

So let it go.

Now I want you to take a moment and be grateful for what you do have.

Maybe it's something small that happened today,

Or maybe it's something big that's happened in the last couple of weeks.

Maybe it's something that's coming.

Be grateful for what you know is coming as well as what you have.

So I'm going to give you some time right here to be grateful.

You might even start feeling a smile come over your face as you're realizing all the blessings that you do have.

So in this moment of gratitude,

In this thank you moment,

I want you to imagine what a perfect day would be like.

Set your day.

Set your day for today,

If it's early in the day or for tomorrow.

Anything you're worried about,

Ask for it to be done as you wish it could be,

Or even better than you can imagine it to be.

If you're worried you won't have enough time for lunch,

Imagine someone bringing it to you.

If you're worried that you won't be on time,

Imagine every light turning the way you want it to turn.

So think about what your day would be like if it were the perfect day tomorrow and set that intention.

Now take a moment and set an intention of what a perfect day would be like three years from now.

Imagine all you've accomplished and all that you want to grow into your life.

Think big,

Think bigger than you've ever thought before.

What does it feel like when you wake up in this new world that you have created for yourself?

What does it feel like to be happy,

Healthy and whole?

If a negative thought comes in,

Push that down and replace it with the exact opposite of what you really want.

What would you like to create in your life?

Imagine it as if you've already got it.

Now I want you to take a moment to thank the universe for bringing these things to you.

I want you to see your body as happy today,

As you happy today,

That you'll have a very full,

Happy day today and tomorrow,

And that you'll get a good night's sleep full of peace and rest,

That you know how to and it's safe to let go of the things that are holding you back and live joyously in the present,

Creating the future you want to lead.
