We're going to release stress,

Anxiety,

And elevate the mood from depression and concern into one of calm and ready.

The whole world is at a crazy pace.

We're set up with responsibilities.

We're set up with things that we cannot control.

There's a lot going on that brings anger,

Hate,

Judgment into this world.

When you're feeling that tension for yourself,

Something you cannot control,

I want you to start taking a deep breath.

I want you to imagine that your heart is beating at the same rate as your breath.

The first thing you want to do when you feel overwhelmed,

Out of control,

Despondent or distressed is remember to breathe.

It seems almost too simple and yet is one of the most effective things.

We want to get you into a calm,

Relaxed brainwave for a minimum of two minutes.

Two minutes will bring you euphoria for six hours.

So I recommend that you do some form of meditation and breathing and relaxing in the morning,

Six hours into your day,

Six hours later,

And before you go to sleep.

And I want you to imagine this breath and your heartbeat bringing a smile to your face,

No matter what stress you're holding.

Disconnect from it.

Imagine that you are unplugging your cord.

You're disconnecting from the board that you're disconnecting from whatever it is that you're holding onto.

You're disconnecting from your anger,

Your stress,

And even your responsibilities at this moment.

You're coming into your center.

People always talk about the center,

But they don't always know where it is.

The center is where your lungs are fully expanded and retracting with full breath and your heart is open rather than heavy.

Often you want to pull your spine together as if a string is at the top of your head.

Imagine pulling it so the base of your head and the base of your spine are in a full line and your heart is in the middle.

This is the altar to your soul,

Which is why your heartbeat is so important.

But the earth has a heartbeat too.

So go down into the earth and find the earth's heartbeat.

Imagine going right down your spine,

Right out your tailbone as you have a beautiful white light tail going down into the earth.

Everyone has a place on the earth that is theirs to connect to energy.

It's yours.

It's your birthright.

Connect to it.

This is called grounding,

Bringing that energy up into your body,

That healing energy.

So you breathe,

Breathe into your heart and it centers you.

You breathe down into the earth and it grounds you.

Now imagine going up through the top of your head and connecting to all that is into that energy of everything,

That web of connectedness.

So with these three steps,

You breathe into your heart.

You're centered.

You breathe,

Breathe down into the earth and connect with the heartbeat of the earth.

You're grounded by bringing that energy back up to your heart by going up through the top of your head and into the energy source and bringing it down into your heart.

You're connecting.

And by now you've reached more than two minutes.

You've reached that sense of peace.

Let go.

Keep letting go of everybody's madness in the world around you,

Your own madness,

Your own anger.

And I'm not telling you to stop feeling,

But I want you to be aware of your feelings and how you're acting and reacting.

What you're thinking about.

Because when you think about something that hasn't happened that you're worried about,

You're creating a field with the law of attraction that brings that fear,

That worry to you with the energy that you've created.

So I want you to take a moment and release that fear and imagine what you would like it to be the best case scenario.

Even take it further and make a better than the best case scenario.

What's the best possible thing that could happen?

Find love through your entire body.

Remember to love yourself.

You're with yourself every single day.

And when that love goes through your body,

You can respond with kindness to everything that's going on around you.

Maybe you can't control everything,

But you can respond in a way that makes you feel good and proud of your actions.

You can't change another person's belief.

You can't change another person's actions.

You can't even change another person's expectations of you,

But you can change how you respond,

How you feel and to come into a way of kindness and love and even bliss and joy on how you respond.

This is how you let go of the stress.

This is how you let go of what's eating at you.

Fill yourself with light,

With love and with joy.

I want you to come back into your heart.

Remember that that peace is there inside of you as you open your eyes and go back out into your day.

Rested,

Renewed and restored.
