This meditation is intended to heal our physical bodies and our emotions,

Which are tied together so deeply.

I want to start with bringing your breath into a peaceful place.

I want you to imagine with the inhale bringing in light into your body,

The molecules of light.

And on your exhale,

Releasing your pain,

Whether it's physical or emotional or both.

Just take a little bit of time to breathe.

That we need to center into our body.

And I know it's hard when you're feeling pain to ignore that pain.

So I want you to actually go to the pain,

Whether it's physical or emotional.

Pinpoint it and recognize that this pain can be let go into the universe.

So we start by imagining it filled up with light.

So let's say the pain is in your leg or your neck or your shoulder.

Go to that place and fill it with light.

Let's say it's all over your body like cancer or blood pressure.

Go into your body and imagine your body with light.

Let's say your emotions are one of anger or despair or depression.

Go into that emotion and give it light.

Light sounds so simple,

But essentially what you're doing is if it's negative,

It's a molecule that's spinning left.

If it's positive,

It's a molecule that's spinning right.

So with your focus,

I want you to imagine you are a molecule.

That you are turning into a giant spiral turning right.

That your energy that is off,

Your pain that is off comes to a stop in its left spin and goes right like a light laser beam coming in and transforming it,

Transmuting it,

Giving the gift of healing.

Imagine healing in the color you feel it to be.

Imagine the essence of that color in your mind's eye.

Imagine that healing going through your entire essence.

Disconnect from the pain and the suffering.

That healing you're worthy,

You deserve it.

It's yours.

It is done.

Your healing is done.

Your suffering is over.

Feel for a moment what it would feel like to live completely without the thing causing you distress,

Living without pain.

Feel yourself of the energy of being in emotional,

Physical,

Spiritual balance to be filled up even like you're overflowing.

At this point,

Imagine having a big fat grin on your face and doing something you've never been able to do or something you used to be able to do that you haven't been able to do in a long time.

And also take a moment to be grateful.

I am grateful to let go and release this pain.

I am grateful to live pain free.

I am grateful to be healthy,

Happy and whole.

That's your mantra through the day.

I am grateful to be happy,

Healthy and whole.

I am grateful to be happy,

Healthy and whole.

I am grateful to be healing every moment in every way.

I am grateful to be moving forward.

I am so grateful to be healed.
