Primordial Sound Meditation is a meditation technique originating in the ancient wisdom of India.
Primordial sounds,
The basic most essential sounds of nature,
Are used to disconnect us from the activity of life.
These individually selected sounds,
Known as mantras,
Are based on the vibration the universe was creating at the moment of your birth.
I personally chose this particular type of meditation practice because I love having my very own personal mantra that is unique to me and the practice is super easy and effortless.
By gently repeating your Primordial Sound Mantra,
You're able to go deeper into stillness and silence.
Once you learn it you have the beautiful gift of your unique mantra to use forever and you don't need any tools or equipment.
All you need is a place to sit down comfortably.
This natural meditation style includes reflective self-inquiry with the four soul questions and intention setting for living a happier,
Healthier and more meaningful life.
What I also love about this technique is how the sound or vibration of your mantra takes you back home to your unconditioned self.
This is where your true potential lives.
The silence and stillness helps you connect to your true self before all the conditioning came in after you were born.
In meditation,
We disrupt the unconscious progression of thoughts and emotions by focusing on a new object of attention.
In the practice of Primordial Sound Meditation,
The object of attention is a mantra that you repeat silently to yourself.
A mantra is a pure sound with no meaning or emotional charge to trigger associations.
It allows the mind to detach from its usual preoccupations and experience the spaciousness and calm within.
Silence is the birthplace of happiness,
Creativity and infinite possibilities.
From this field of pure potentiality,
We get our bursts of inspiration,
Our most intuitive thoughts and our deepest sense of connection to the universe.
Practicing meditation on a daily basis allows us to weave silence and stillness into our mind and body to create a life of greater compassion and fulfillment.
Meditation is a journey to the center of our very being,
