Welcome to this Sacred Womb Healing Journey.
Our womb and sacral region stores a lot of old energies from past emotional hurts,
Physical hurts,
Relationship wounding and lots of blocked emotions related to reproduction,
Trauma.
There's also energy that might be still lingering in the physical around scar tissue and releasing physical trauma as well in the body somatically.
Even if you no longer have a womb,
The energies and the imprints are still there that need attention and that are needing our love and effort to really nourish this space.
For me it was a space that I neglected in my healing journey until much later and I felt that void,
It was a big part of my healing.
And it's something that as women we need to work in an ongoing way.
The womb gives us so much but it also harbors many memories and many learnings.
We mustn't forget that with any emotional wounding there is calm learning in that if we are ready to take that in and process it.
Our traumas and emotional wounds are ways for our souls to have these spiritual experiences and grow and expand through them rather than attach and lower our vibration into a victim state.
And we need to take ownership of how we have treated ourselves,
Our vessel over the years with a lot of wounded feminine energy that has been on the planet and wounded masculine for that matter.
And this is slowly changing which is beautiful to experience.
So for this meditation you can lie down or sit comfortably and it is really suggested to make this a kind of ritual for your womb.
So bring in a beautiful candle,
Orange if you have it.
You might like to make a little crystal grid around you,
Bring in a journal,
Anything,
Photos,
Anything that matters to you and means something to you.
So you could potentially pause this meditation now and go and get those things for yourself.
Okay welcome back.
Okay when doing something that is going to be nourishing and healing to the womb we want to get connected to our body.
So place a hand on your lower belly at the front of the pelvis where your womb is or was.
And just connect in,
Drop in to the nourishing support of your own touch.
Drop deeply into the body now using your breath,
Slow breath.
Slowly in and release out.
Starting to feel the gratitude now that you have given yourself this touch.
Given yourself this time in no time to go deep within yourself.
And if feeling safe or dropping deeply within your body is challenging,
Just know that you are safe here,
You are held here.
You may like to repeat that as a mantra,
I am safe here,
I am held here.
It is safe to be in my body.
And just feel that beautiful connection of the touch,
The warmth of your hand on your womb space.
Now allow your breath to move down into this space.
So bring the breath more deeply into the belly,
Expand your belly out when you inhale.
And then release,
Surrender,
Release.
If you notice that your breathing is rapid or shallow,
Just take a little bit more time now to really slow and deepen the breath.
Lengthen the inhale,
Lengthen the exhale as much as you can.
Feel the breath move underneath your hands,
Feel the breath move underneath your hands as you start to relax even more.
Bring presence and awareness into this part of your body,
Your lower back,
The joints,
Sexual organs,
Hips.
Feel in.
Now imagine a warm nourishing light streaming out of your hands and into your womb and sacral region.
Allow this warm light to spread and soothe all parts of the sacral area.
And with your breath start to breathe in to this light.
Breathe in this energy.
Breathe in this energy.
Notice if anything comes up for you.
Continue to breathe in the light and observe any thoughts.
Feel if any emotional energy wants to surface.
And whatever you do just let it flow.
Definitely don't suppress anything.
Just feel,
Observe.
No need to judge.
You're being present in your beingness and this is a beautiful gift.
Is a beautiful gift.
So now you are holding space for your womb.
This is such a magical moment.
Allow your womb or sacral area to speak to you.
Is there anything that this part of your body needs to express to you?
And is there anything that you need to say to your womb sacral area?
Anything at all?
Anything at all that you know you would like to express?
This is the time to do that now.
You may have some anger,
Emotional pain,
Sadness,
Fear,
Betrayal.
Many many emotions,
Deep emotions.
Can come up and that's perfectly okay,
It's normal and in fact it's a really good thing.
It indicates that you're healing,
That you're releasing.
So feel free to speak to what you're releasing.
But just remember to keep compassion and kindness in your heart as you do your breathing.
Speak to your womb and the deeper part of yourself.
When this conversation feels complete for you at this time,
Give gratitude and thanks to your womb.
Maybe you could make a commitment to come back to this healing work as much as you know is needed.
Commit to devoting some attention to this very important aspect of your deep healing.
