Just take a few beautiful,
Gentle breaths.
Smooth,
Soft breaths as you breathe in.
And out,
Letting your whole body relax and melt.
Relaxing,
Letting go.
Just let yourself take some nice,
Deep,
Relaxing breaths,
Settling in.
And getting ready to receive beautiful,
Natural spiritual energy into your soul.
This is your time just to receive,
To relax.
A few more gentle breaths,
Just letting your whole body melt.
In this safe,
Sacred place right now.
And as you breathe,
Just become aware that you are the witness,
The observer of the breath.
The breath is happening by itself,
Just notice it moving in and out.
And you are watching your body and the breath.
You exist on a different level as the observer.
You're just becoming aware that you are separate.
You are consciousness.
Witnessing,
Noticing.
Connecting to the body and separate from the body.
You are a beautiful,
Peaceful being.
It feels a little bit like flying higher,
Letting go.
Noticing that you are free.
You are safe.
Everything's happening around you.
And you are the beautiful witness,
The shining light.
And just like the physical body can receive the warm sunshine.
And when it's cold and you go into the sun and you feel that.
There is also a spiritual sun,
Spiritual energy that warms and heals the soul of yourself.
And just imagine a point of shining light like a star.
Spiritual energy.
And just like the sun warms you up physically,
That glowing sun.
This is a spiritual light that warms your heart,
That fills you with peace.
The sun of pure love to bathe in that beautiful loving light.
Just breathe that in.
And as you breathe out,
Let that energy go through your whole body.
Like you're standing in the beautiful spiritual sun,
Lying in the sun.
Just letting that light fill you up.
Breathing it in and shining it through your whole body.
Your whole body radiating the light all around you.
Peace,
Unlimited.
There's no end to the source of this love.
This peace.
That's filling you up.
Just sending that beautiful light all around you.
Into every cell of your body.
This is your opportunity to receive power.
This is spiritual wealth.
Every time you breathe in that light,
Love,
Spiritual energy that's shining down.
You are accumulating spiritual power and wealth.
You are restoring your spiritual bank account.
You are getting recharged right now.
It's like a link of love.
You can draw the current of spiritual energy.
Just giving thanks for that light.
And being open to receive as much peace and love.
And you can smile and relax.
Just be open to receive as much beautiful light.
