You can do this at the beginning of the year, at the turn of a special event like a birthday, or just anytime you want to.

Many blessings and welcome to your new life,

Your new year.

How to become the highest version of yourself and achieve your heart's true desires starting now.

This is a little workshop meditation to really get clear on how to bring forth a new life,

A new experience.

You can simply listen to this meditation or if you want to take it deeper you can even get a pen and paper and you can write down some of the answers to the questions that you're about to hear as we go through this new life,

New year experience.

So let's begin by taking a few beautiful breaths and as you breathe out just letting go and as you breathe just remembering the purpose of this meditation is to help you remember what you really want so you can feel it now,

To recommit to living your life to the very best of your ability right now.

To discover what you can do today to keep moving forward and of course to enjoy and embrace the journey of life and make this the best year of your life so far.

So as you keep breathing now just allow your body to relax even more and we're going to go on a little journey of what is most important to have a wonderful,

Powerful,

Enjoyable life.

So the first thing that's important if you want to live your life to the fullest is getting the charge,

Getting the charge.

Each of us is a spiritual being having a human experience.

We each have our own spiritual battery and that spiritual battery is either charged or depleted depending on what we do,

What we think,

What we say.

And to lead a truly enjoyable life we need spiritual power,

Energy to be able to do the things we want to do,

To have the inspiration,

To have the willingness,

The capacity,

The power to bring forth the life we want to have and to feel the good feelings of peace and joy and love and deep contentment because the more our spiritual battery is charged the more we are able to live a wonderful life.

Everything we do either brings us up and charges the battery or it brings it down.

Nothing is neutral.

We're either going up during the day or we're going down.

And during an average day we go up and down at different times.

When we add it all up we can ask ourselves,

Am I going up and ascending and gaining more energy and moving forward in a positive direction?

Or am I sliding down into a more anxious,

Disturbed,

Negative state of life and being?

Just like a mountain that goes up and down the different valleys,

The peaks and valleys along the way to the final pinnacle,

The top of the mountain our life goes up and down but we need to know are we going up overall or are we going down?

And the main way to charge our spiritual battery is to remember I am a being of light,

A spiritual being and connect with the source of all power,

All spiritual energy.

So we can experience that now,

Just close your eyes if you haven't already.

Become aware that you are an infinite shining light,

Being of shining light like a star radiating in the centre of your forehead.

You are a being of peace,

A being of light,

A powerful soul,

Eternal,

Indestructible invisible,

Powerful.

And now bring your attention to the spiritual sun,

The source,

Just see this being like a shining sun in the sky.

This is a sun of divine energy,

Of spiritual power,

Just like the sun shines warm light,

Lights up the earth.

The spiritual sun shines spiritual light,

Spiritual power,

And as you see that light,

As you feel that energy you notice the vibrations,

The energy flowing into you,

The soul,

Like recharging a battery.

With each breath just filling up,

Feeling that energy flowing through your body,

Your mind.

And as you breathe out,

Just shining that energy throughout your whole body and all around you.

So just seeing that light filling up,

And allowing it to shine all through you and all around you.

And the more you receive the spiritual power,

The spiritual energy,

The more the battery of the soul,

The bank account of the soul becomes recharged.

Like receiving multi millions at each breath.

Seeing that spiritual light,

Like a sun,

Good vibrations,

Loving,

Peaceful,

Blissful energy.

And shining it all around you.

Giving you power,

Energy,

Happiness.

And as you breathe in this energy,

Just saying in your mind,

Making a commitment to yourself to receive the charge,

To take complete responsibility for your life.

Just absorbing this energy,

You can say in your heart,

I am willing to take 100% responsibility for my own life and success.

I am willing to do what gives me the charge and lifts me up.

I am ready to love myself and make the most of my precious life.

And just keep breathing in the light as we move on to the next thing,

Creating your new life.

There are two sides of our lives,

Two aspects.

Number one is our inner life,

How you feel,

Who you become,

What you experience inside your heart and mind.

This is your state of consciousness,

Your experience of life.

So just tune into what is your experience of life?

How are you experiencing life right now?

What is your attitude,

Your awareness behind everything?

How do you feel about life?

The second side of life is the outer life.

This is what you have,

What you own,

Your success in the world,

Your creations,

Your environment,

Your relationships,

All the external things around you.

So just tune into the things that you own,

The things you have,

The things you do,

The people in your life,

Right now.

These things,

The inner and outer life,

Can both change for the better.

And if you want to have a wonderful life,

Then focus on getting the charge,

Getting the energy in both areas of life.

And you do this by embracing powerful practices that raise your vibration and transform your life.

The secret is to dedicate your time and energy to the things that raise you up and avoid the things that pull you down.

If you do this,

You will end up with a truly exceptional life.

The big challenge is moving beyond thinking,

Thinking that we know,

We know what to do,

We've heard it all before,

And move into becoming.

This is the great leap.

And you may have wondered,

Why is it that some people in similar situations with similar opportunities,

Some of them become highly successful,

Happy,

Free,

Achieve their dreams,

While others seem to be stuck and unable to move ahead and trapped.

What is the difference?

When all other things are the same,

The main difference is taking the great leap from the land of knowing to the land of becoming.

Imagine a canyon.

On one side is the land of knowing about things.

In the middle is a big gap,

The canyon,

Like the Grand Canyon.

And on the other side is the land of doing,

The land of action,

The land of becoming,

Where we embody that which we know.

Those who are most successful jump across this canyon,

They take this big leap and reach the land of practice,

The land of becoming,

The land of taking action.

Their motto is practice makes perfect.

Practice,

Practice,

Practice.

When you practice,

When you become,

Your life changes.

Otherwise people just sit around talking,

Thinking,

Philosophizing,

Stuck in the past.

So do you want to be someone who knows a lot,

But doesn't act?

Or are you ready to become someone who changes,

Who practices,

Who becomes?

Someone who practices,

Practices,

Practices until you reach your potential and enjoy the journey.

Which side of the line do you want to be on?

Which side of the canyon do you want to be on?

And if you're ready,

Then it's time to make the great leap.

You can make the choice to make this great leap now.

And if you're ready,

Open your heart and repeat the statement of transformation.

Say this out loud or in your mind,

In your heart.

Today,

Right now,

I claim back my power.

Here and now,

I am an action taker.

The purpose of my life is to embody and apply what I know to the best of my ability.

I love practicing and becoming my own highest potential.

I love taking action and doing what I need to do.

Even if I have some challenges or resistance,

I never give up and so I keep moving ahead.

I am always moving forward.

Success is my birthright.

Determination is my mantra.

I commit 100% to myself and doing what is truly good for my soul.

I realize that I am 100% responsible for my life.

Success is in my hands and my hands alone.

I take help from God,

The divine or a higher power.

I cooperate with other souls and receive cooperation.

And I know in the end that I am always responsible for my own actions.

From now on,

I am someone who lives what I believe every day.

To the very best of my ability right now,

I create my own success.

I am grateful for this opportunity to practice.

Practice makes perfect.

Practice makes perfect.

Practice makes perfect.

Yes,

It is done.

It is done.

I am alive.

Thank you.

It is done.

And just grounding that in,

Feeling the power in your body.

Today is a new day,

A day where you become through practice who you really are.

Allow that potential to emerge through doing what is good for your soul.

What is empowering,

What is activating.

What gives you strength and energy.

And now,

Now that you know the power of practice and commit to practice,

It is time to discover your daily practices for success,

Your daily rituals.

What can you do each day to upgrade your inner and outer world?

What can you do to get more of the charge?

By doing this,

You can become who you are,

Can reach that potential and create the experiences in life that matter most to you.

Let's take a moment to contemplate something very important for your inner success,

For how you feel,

For how you experience the world.

What state of being do you want to feel?

What do you want to feel more of in your life?

Maybe more love,

More peace,

More energy.

Let's take a moment to consider what do you want to feel more of in your life?

And why,

Why is this important to you?

Now imagine you have become that,

Imagine you have become that,

Feeling that,

That new state of being.

How will you know when you have achieved it,

Become it?

What will be different?

What will you see?

What will you hear?

What will you feel?

Just imagine being in the future in a year where you have become this higher version of yourself,

This embodied version of feeling all the things you want to feel.

What is different as you wander around in your life,

As you hear things,

Smell things,

Taste things,

Experience things,

Touch things.

Maybe you smile more,

Maybe you feel more energy in your body.

Maybe people relate to you differently.

And what do you have to do?

Now you know what you want to become.

What do you need to do each day to experience this state more and more?

Think of a realistic daily practice that when applied will allow you to feel that way more and more and more.

And what do you need to release and let go to achieve this?

Normally we have to let go of something to get something better.

What do you need to let go of?

Maybe an old habit,

Maybe a certain way of thinking about things.

What do you need to let go so you can reach and experience this natural highest state of consciousness?

And now let's tune into your outer success.

What do you want to create or achieve in this next year in your life?

Think about the physical manifestations,

The things you want to bring forth.

Maybe better health,

Maybe creating something in your work or money.

What do you want to create in this next year?

And how will you know when you've achieved it?

Imagine you have manifested those things or that thing and you're in the future looking back.

How do you know that you have achieved those things?

What is different about your life?

Imagine walking around in this new life.

What do you see?

What do you feel?

What do you hear?

What do you touch,

Taste,

Smell?

What is different now that you have manifested these things?

And what do you need to do to become this,

To achieve this?

What actions,

What daily practices,

What daily practice will lead you to creating and experiencing that?

And what do you need to release and let go?

What's stopping you from doing those things?

What's holding you back that you need to let go of?

And just tune into this now that in your new life you know what you want to feel.

You know how you'll feel.

What will be different when you have achieved that,

Experiencing that?

You know what you need to do to move in that direction.

And you know what to let go of and release that's holding you back.

These are your daily rituals for feeling good,

Feeling wonderful.

And then you now know what you want to manifest in the coming year,

Practically,

In your physical life.

How that feels,

What's different about your life.

What you need to do practically,

To practice,

Practice,

Practice to move in that direction.

And what to give up and let go so that you're not distracted and held back.

And if you have any confusion about anything,

Not sure about what to do,

Then just ask yourself,

Who could help you figure this out?

Who can you talk to that knows a bit more about these things?

That could help you figure it out.

So once you know these two things you can write them down somewhere in your life on a piece of paper,

Put it somewhere,

On a wall,

Next to your bed,

In your office.

To remind you,

This is the most important thing to feel and for you to achieve.

Remind yourself,

Here's what you need to do and here's what you need to avoid.

Keep it simple.

Life is already complicated,

We need to remember the simple things that matter most.

Now finally we come to doing it.

Each year we have a certain number of days,

24 hours in a day.

So how are we going to make the most of those hours,

Those days and weeks and months?

Each day you can look at your reminder of who you're becoming and what you need to do.

And you can remember as you look at it that the journey is the destination.

To love your life now,

To live your best life now,

To enjoy being alive.

And to help you do this,

Each day you can get a fresh sheet of paper when you wake up and you can rewrite who you are becoming and what you are creating.

And feel it,

Deeply feel that experience.

Then you can write down what do you need to do today to create that?

What are the handful of the most powerful practices,

Most powerful effective things you can do that will lead you to success today?

Moving towards those feelings and those situations that you desire.

Not everything makes a difference,

Just do the handful of most powerful things.

In general 20% of what we do leads to 80% of our results.

So what we do in 2 or 3 hours of effective work leads to most of the impact in our life.

And 80% of what we do,

Most of what we do,

Only leads to 20% of the impact.

So in other words a handful of things make a huge difference and most things don't really do anything.

So every day you can ask yourself what are the things I can do today,

The most powerful effective things that are going to move me forward in leaps and bounds and just focus on doing those,

Do them first.

Going through your day,

Feeling the charge,

Connecting to higher power,

Focusing.

Staying on track,

Avoiding the things that pull you down.

And then at the end of the day as you're going to bed,

You can look at that piece of paper and you can joyfully tick off all the things that you've done and give thanks.

Give thanks to yourself,

Give thanks to life that you did those things,

Give thanks and tick them off.

Then you can write a letter,

A little letter,

A short letter about what you've done today,

What happened,

What didn't happen,

What challenges came up,

How you overcame them,

Any mistakes you might have made.

What you can learn from the day,

What the day has taught you.

Write a letter to clear your conscience,

To clear it out of your head so you don't bring it forth into the next day.

Writing the letter,

Clearing the conscience,

Clearing the day really allows us to relax,

To learn,

To take responsibility and to recommit that tomorrow is a fresh day,

A new day,

A wonderful day.

So you go to sleep holding the vision of who you really are,

Of who you're becoming.

Sleep in peace,

Sleep in a beautiful restful state.

Getting the charge and then wake up and repeat the day.

Wake up inspired,

Rewrite what you want to do,

Remember what's important,

Write your list,

Get the charge.

And if you do this every single day for the next year,

You will be amazed at what happens.

So as a recap,

The most important thing is getting the charge,

Receiving the power.

The more you receive spiritual energy and do the things that bring us joy and benefit,

The more we move forward in our life.

Every day we're either going up or going down.

Throughout the day,

Depending on our moment to moment choices,

We're either raising ourselves,

Becoming more of who we are and reaching our potential,

Or we're falling down into lower states of consciousness and more stress.

It goes up and down,

Up and down.

And our aim is to keep going up,

Up,

Up and avoid the things that bring us down so that each day you're a little bit higher up,

A little bit closer,

A little bit more empowered,

Inspired,

Motivated,

Energised.

So getting the charge,

Nothing is neutral.

Focus on the things that help you get the charge,

Move forward.

There are two sides of life,

The inner life,

How we feel,

And the outer life,

What we have,

What we own,

What we do.

We want to be successful,

We need to improve both of them.

To do that,

We take the great leap.

We leap over the canyon from the land of knowing about things to the land of becoming,

The land of doing.

And we reach there through practice,

Practice,

Practice.

We make that great leap.

And for that to happen,

We figure out what do we want to become?

What are our practices that we can do each day?

What do we need to avoid?

And then every single day we remind ourselves,

This is what's most important in my life.

And this is what I need to do today to become that,

Embody that,

Practice that,

To love the practice,

To live for the practice,

To enjoy the practice.

The more we live for the practice,

Love the practice,

The more we come alive,

The more we take charge of our life.

And then as you go to sleep at night,

Just reflect on the day,

Appreciate yourself,

Learn from your experience,

And go to sleep in a state of peace,

Relaxation,

And excitement,

Enthusiasm.

Tomorrow is a wonderful,

Wonderful new day of creating a most wonderful life.

It doesn't matter where you are,

It's the trajectory of your life that matters.

If you keep moving up,

You're going to keep moving forward into beautiful places beyond what you ever dreamed possible.
