Welcome to the forgiveness and self-compassion meditation.
As we go through life,
It's basically impossible to never make any mistakes at all or do anything wrong.
So we will invariably do something that in retrospect we realize we could have done differently.
So what are we going to do about this?
In this meditation,
Instead of trying to change the past,
Which is impossible,
We're going to consciously and sincerely from our heart let go of the negative feelings stored within us and breathe in and receive healing,
Purifying forgiveness.
So just ask your heart,
Are you willing to release and let go?
And we're going to be using the breath,
Using the breath.
So as you breathe in,
Just imagine right now that there is this beautiful healing,
Purifying energy filling you up,
Completely filling you.
And as you breathe out,
Just feel that energy,
The negative energy,
The resentment or the guilt and shame,
All of that just allow it to be pulled out like toxic energy being sucked out of you,
Pulled out of you.
Being refilled,
Restored with that beautiful light.
Just filling up with the lights.
If there's a hand of forgiveness on your head.
Each breath just feeling a little bit lighter.
You can feel like you're a beautiful little child,
Held in love and all of the pain is just gently being released,
Pulled out of your heart and your body.
So as you breathe out,
Just really feeling that cleaning,
That clearing,
Just little by little,
Gently,
Gently.
And as you breathe in,
Feeling that light filling you.
Just reminding yourself that you are originally and eternally a supremely pure soul.
Completely pure,
Completely free.
Just breathing in that beautiful feeling and letting everything else very gently be pulled out of your heart.
Just reminding yourself that whatever you did in the past,
It was the best you could have done based on where you're at and the time.
Just give yourself that compassion.
It was the best you could have done at the time.
Just humbly acknowledging the limitations of being human being in this world.
Surrounded with so many negative influences.
Ask your heart,
Am I willing to forgive myself?
And bless myself with compassion and love.
Am I willing to commit to a new path,
To a new change?
Who would you be if you were completely healed and the past is completely forgiven and completely forgotten?
You lost all memories of everything in the past.
And you're completely forgiven,
Completely forgotten everything.
You felt absolutely pure and clean in your highest state of consciousness.
Who would you become?
Who would you be?
This is a very easy practice that you can enjoy in your own time.
Just breathing in that compassion and that consciousness of your highest self.
And then as you breathe out,
Just letting all the other stuff be pulled out as if it's being pulled out of your heart.
And it gets smaller and smaller and smaller and it disappears into a distant memory that no longer exists.
So you can come back to this whenever you want and the longer you do it,
The deeper you do it,
The more all of these things will be cleaned out,
Cleaned out,
Cleaned out.
And you will be completely free.
