Today you're going to learn a powerful easy method that only takes a few minutes that can change how you feel and allow you to achieve more success in your life.

We're talking about the three wins method.

So what this means is that many times in life we focus on what didn't go well,

What didn't happen,

Where things didn't work out,

And so we can go to sleep thinking like life didn't change,

Like we're stuck,

Stagnant,

Things are not moving the way we want them to.

And that feeling that there's something wrong with our life is very upsetting.

Often times we are actually making progress,

But because we are not acknowledging it,

We always feel like something is missing.

So the three wins method is a very,

Very simple way to overcome this.

All you do is at the end of the day,

Before you go to bed,

Just get out your journal and write down three wins for the day.

What are three wins?

For example,

Perhaps that you did some exercise that you wanted to do,

Even if it was a short amount,

You did it.

Write it down.

Congratulate yourself because going from not doing exercise to doing it is a huge success.

Maybe you're working on a project and you didn't finish the project.

That's all right,

But you worked on it.

You did a little bit of something and now it's further ahead than it was.

So you're measuring backwards.

You're saying at the beginning of the day I was here and today I've made this progress.

You're not looking forward saying,

Yeah,

But I haven't got this and I haven't got that and this hasn't happened.

No,

Because that causes stress.

We're looking backwards,

Measuring backwards,

Saying,

Okay,

I didn't know this yesterday.

I didn't have this experience yesterday.

I hadn't done that thing yesterday.

Perhaps you ate a little bit better than you wanted to.

Maybe you wanted to have more protein or you wanted to cut your sugars a little bit or whatever it was.

You did that action and that's a success.

So you write down your three wins and it feels in your body and in your mind and in your heart and soul that yes,

Things are actually moving along.

You'll be amazed at how much better you start to feel as time goes on.

Because unfortunately many times people write in their journal,

They think about everything that didn't work out.

This didn't happen.

This didn't happen.

I messed this thing up.

It's okay to acknowledge if we made a mistake.

It's okay to learn from our past.

There's nothing wrong with that.

But if that's all we do,

We will just feel depressed.

So we want to make sure that there's always the three wins of the day.

Every single day only takes about two or three minutes.

You can even do it in one minute if you want to just write them down real quick.

And as you write them down,

Feel the good vibrations.

Feel the gratitude.

Feel the progress in your being and say thank you.

This is great.

I did these three things and tomorrow is going to be a great day.

You can even write down three wins you'd like to have for the next day and then you can go to sleep.

And by the way,

If you are writing down everything that's going wrong and you're thinking about what's not right about your life,

I recommend just stopping doing that for a little bit and only focus on your progress,

Only focus on your wins because that will build more of them and it will help you to feel better and better and better as the days go by.

Try it out if you're inspired and notice how much better you feel,

How much more inspired you are to get out of bed in the morning and how you start to enjoy your precious life.

Thank you so much for being here.

Wishing you a beautiful day and wishing you lots and lots and lots of wins.

Take care.

Useful tool that can also help in self-validation, self-love, and confidence. Periodically, you can review your journal and see how far you've come & realizing you are a winner! Thank you for this short talk!
