Welcome.
It is so good to have you here with me today.
Thank you for joining me.
Go ahead and let yourself begin to listen to the sound of your breath.
The sound of your inhale and exhale.
In this moment,
See if you can let go of everything else but focusing on your breath.
As you breathe,
You may find your mind becomes busy.
Don't try to stop it.
Just let it go.
Just notice what pops up.
And as you can,
Just gently bring your focus back to the sound of your inhale and exhale.
Know that in this moment,
I'm holding a space that sees you for the amazing person that you are.
The very human part and the transcendent piece that is part of a greater wholeness.
Together we are all interconnected.
We are part of a divinity that runs through all things because it is all things.
It is a tree.
It is a squirrel.
It is you.
It is me.
Take a moment as you breathe and let yourself drop any shoulds you're feeling in your life.
You should work harder.
You should want to go out to dinner.
You should spend more time organizing.
Whatever it is for you,
In this moment,
Just let it go.
In this moment,
There is nothing needed from you except for you to breathe.
Now take a moment and think about what you need in this moment to feel supported and cared for.
It can be anything.
Don't be realistic.
Let yourself imagine what would make you feel supported today.
Breathe in whatever came to you,
Whether it's something you can make happen right now or not.
Just breathe in the intention of nurturing and caring for yourself.
As you breathe,
Let this affirmation move through your inhale and exhale.
My inhalation supports me.
My exhalation nurtures me.
My inhalation supports me.
My exhalation nurtures me.
As you go through your day,
When you have a moment,
Just ask yourself,
What one small thing can you do or ask for to feel more supported today?
There's no wrong or right.
Just let yourself notice what thoughts or sensations come up around the question itself.
As you go through your day,
Know that you are cared for.
Know that you are liked just for who you are.
I have faith that your inner teacher is leading you and holding you in their embrace.
You are a fantastic person.
