Who do you hear first when you awaken for the day? Social? Texts? Emails?.....or your own? I apologize in advance that I may be a bit pushy on this one....I'd like to implore that you meditate before reading anything first. Do your movement, write in your journal, drink your 2 tall glasses of fresh water. But don't read another's voice before first hearing your own while seated in the sanctuary of your own beautiful mind in morning meditation. I still catch myself from commiting this bad habit.

Hello,

Welcome opulent mindfulness ombites Today's meditation is entitled worry about self,

But think about others So let me explain briefly what I mean by this When we worry about what others think of us judgment input opinions from all the social media feeds and everyone's voices on the outside pressures from work and Being a successful person in the world This creates a lot of inner noise And when we worry about the external noise Then we are crippled within So we tune in to our own inner voice this voice of wisdom that is never wrong and always honest and pure we Listen to the wisdom that is spoken and We give it a name our experience.

How am I feeling?

How am I handling a situation?

What's coming up for me?

How do I give a name to my experience?

When we name it We inevitably tame any ownership That stress may have on us So we worry about self less so much worrying just rather concerning oneself with self and When you are cared for your needs are met your voice is heard Then we may extend and care for others thinking about others So let's dive into this meditation today Find your comfortable seat drop in and Get very relaxed in your body If you feel safe you're welcome to close your eyes or cast them gently downward I Will sound the chime to begin and to conclude and to conclude and then we'll be able to re-emerge a new bright and light person And this will be about a five-minute meditation All right,

So come to your comfortable seat take a big belly breath in and a long and soothing breath out

A very intriguing idea! This was both calming and thought provoking at the same time. I'll come back to this meditation again, and will try some of this teacher's other meditations as well.
