Welcome,
And good morning.
Come to a comfortable seat and let's begin.
Taking a big breath in,
Shrugging shoulders up to ears,
Grinning,
Saying good morning.
Exhale,
Round the shoulders back,
Squeeze shoulder blades together,
Let them fall.
Do that one more time,
Beautiful big breath in,
Smile,
Welcoming in the morning.
Exhale,
Round the shoulders back,
Let them fall.
So good.
Palms are up,
Open to receive,
Shoulders are back,
Lips come together to touch.
As you just begin to breathe in and out through the nose,
Allowing your belly to be heavy and soft now.
No need to hold anything in or up.
You can let go.
You can release expectations of how you should feel in this moment,
Of how your day is going to go,
And allow your soul intention to be just being.
Take another big breath in through the nose,
Filling up that low belly to the belly button,
And just let it out.
Nice and easy.
Breathing in,
Low belly to belly button,
And out.
Deepening the breath now,
Breathing in from low belly to belly button to top of the ribcage,
Hold it out there.
Exhale it out.
Draw your belly button back in towards spine,
Pause.
That's it,
Doing it again.
Inhale a little longer,
All the way up to the heart space,
Hold.
Open your mouth now,
Let it go.
Good,
Breathing in from low belly to belly button to top of ribcage to the heart space.
Again,
Just let it go.
Breathing in again from low belly to belly button to top of ribcage to heart space,
Visualizing that breath flowing there,
And then let it go up through the throat.
Open your mouth,
Sigh it out.
The bottom of your exhale,
Hold it,
Draw the belly button in.
How long can you make this out breath before you take another big expansive breath in again?
Good,
Filling up through that heart space now,
All the way up through the throat,
Out through the crown of the head,
Fully expanding here,
Hold.
Exhale,
Open your mouth,
Breathe that breath all the way out,
Cleansing out breath.
So good.
And you can breathe this way as many more times as you wish or begin to come back to the breath's natural rhythm.
Lips come together to touch once again and you breathe in and out through the nose,
Still with the intention and awareness of whether you're on the in or the out breath.
Inviting yourself to become even curious to the space between the breath.
Allowing this dropping in and this expansion to show you that there's always more to become aware of.
There's always something more that's inviting you to be with yourself in this moment.
Saying to yourself,
I can notice more.
I notice more to ground myself in the here and now.
I notice more to ground myself in the here and now.
And when I do that,
It feels so good.
Each out breath cleanses the body and infuses the soul with vibrant new energy.
Your breath is your prana,
Your life force energy that runs through you.
That keeps you alive.
And you don't have to think in order to breathe.
My breath flows through me with ease.
My breath flows through me with ease.
And when life feels overwhelming,
I close my eyes and I come back to my breath.
Because my breath flows through me with so much ease.
Feel this flow and ease rush through you from the toes and fingertips up through the crown of the head.
And you're ready now to have a beautiful day.
One filled with flow,
With ease,
Intention,
Awareness,
Expansion and gratitude.
Place your left hand to your heart,
Your right hand on top.
I'm ready.
Thank you.
Put a gentle smile to your face and say it out loud with me.
I am ready.
Thank you.
Putting your hands together in front of your heart,
Bow to yourself one more time.
I am ready.
Thank you.
Cheesy grin now and look up.
Bring the light back in and you're ready to have a magical day my friend.
Namaste.
