In this guided meditation, I invite you to join me on a journey of reflection and release, aligned with the transformational energy of the full moon. Using the analogy of a blooming garden, we’ll explore the significance of this powerful lunar phase and how it supports us in letting go of what no longer serves us. Together, we’ll reflect on what has come to fruition, release any stagnant energy or limiting beliefs, and make space for new growth. Are you ready to embrace the power of release and celebrate your personal harvest?

Hello,

Hello beautiful souls and welcome to this full moon meditation.

The full moon represents the peak of the lunar cycle,

A time of illumination,

Culmination and release.

During this time,

The moon is at its brightest,

Revealing everything that has been nurtured since setting your intentions.

While the new moon encourages us to plant new seeds of intention,

The full moon calls us to step back,

Reflect and harvest the fruits of our efforts.

It's a time to embrace clarity,

Celebrate our growth and lovingly let go of anything that is blocking our path forward.

The moon's radiant light shines brightly over all the aspects of our lives and allows us to see things we may not have noticed before,

The hidden corners of our soul,

Patterns that may have emerged and the lessons we are ready to integrate.

To help you connect with this energy,

I invite you to visualize a beautiful garden bathed in the full moon's glow.

This garden represents your life.

Each plant,

Flower or tree reflects the efforts,

Intentions and experiences you've nurtured over time.

Some plants have bloomed magnificently,

While others may need some pruning or gentle release.

Just as the moon's light reveals every detail in this garden,

So too does it illuminate your inner landscape,

Showing you where growth has occurred and where you may be holding on to things that no longer serve your highest good.

So as we move into this meditation,

We will reflect on what has come to fruition,

Celebrate our achievements and lovingly let go of anything that is holding us back.

This is a time for deep release,

Healing and making space for new energy to flow into our lives.

Let's begin by finding a comfortable position,

Seated or lying down,

Whatever feels best for you in this moment.

Now let's connect with the energy of the full moon with our breath.

Just like the gentle pull of the tides,

The moon guides the rhythm of our breath.

With each inhale,

Imagine breathing in the moon's illuminating light,

Feeling your body with clarity and calm.

And with each exhale,

Allow any tension,

Stress or lingering doubts to be released into the universe.

Let's take a deep breath in and feel the light of the moon bathing you in clarity.

And as you exhale,

Let go of anything weighing you down during this time.

Let's take another deep breath in,

Welcoming this light and release through your mouth,

Letting go of any heaviness or worry.

One last deep breath in and out,

Releasing any remaining tension as you settle fully into this moment.

Now gently close your eyes if you haven't done so yet and begin to turn your awareness inward.

Set the intention to reflect deeply and with compassion as we explore what has come to light during this lunar cycle.

The first question I invite you to ask yourself is,

What has come to fruition in your life since the last new moon?

Reflect on what has grown and manifested in your life,

Even the small subtle shifts.

What projects or intentions have flourished?

What personal growth or inner transformation have you experienced?

What have you accomplished that you're proud of?

Again,

The question is,

What has come to fruition in your life since the last full moon?

Next,

I invite you to explore this question.

What lessons have you learned during this lunar cycle and how can you carry them with you?

Every experience,

Whether challenging or rewarding,

Carries valuable insights.

What challenges have helped you grow stronger or more resilient?

What moments of joy or connection have opened your heart?

Again,

The question is,

What lessons have you learned during this lunar cycle and how can you carry them forward?

And finally,

Ask yourself,

What is no longer serving you and what are you ready to release?

Take a moment to consider the aspects of your life that feel heavy,

Draining,

Or out of alignment with your highest self.

Are there any patterns,

Habits,

Or relationships that no longer feel supportive?

What emotions or thoughts have been holding you back?

What are you ready to let go of so that you can make space for new opportunities?

The question again is,

What is no longer serving you and what are you ready to release?

Now that you've gained clarity on what has surfaced during this full moon and identified what you're ready to release,

We will now align this release with the nurturing process of tending to our inner garden.

Whether you're lying or sitting down,

Firmly plant both feet on the ground or simply envision yourself doing so.

The earth beneath you has rich and fertile soil,

Abundant with nutrients and ready to support your growth.

Now place both your hands gently on your heart.

With each breath,

Envision yourself standing in your garden,

A beautiful sacred space you've been nurturing.

All around you are plants,

Flowers,

And trees representing your intentions,

Dreams,

And growth.

Though in your garden there may be some weeds,

Overgrown thoughts,

Patterns,

Or emotions that no longer serve you.

These weeds have taken up space in the soil of your life,

But now it's time to clear them so your garden can flourish.

Visualize kneeling down in this garden.

With care and love,

Begin to gently pull these weeds from the soil and as you pull each weed,

Take a moment to reflect on what it represents.

A limiting belief,

A habit,

An emotional block,

Or even a toxic relationship.

Gently place these weeds into a small basket beside you,

Thanking each and every one of them for the lessons they've brought,

But also acknowledging that they no longer serve you and no longer have a place in your garden.

When you're done with weeding all that no longer serves you,

Imagine gathering all the weeds in both of your palms,

Feeling their weight for just a moment.

And as you stand in your garden,

A gentle breeze begins to stir.

You decide to open your hands and with each gust of wind,

The weeds are flowing outside of your hands and into the sky.

The wind carries the weeds away,

Lifting them far beyond your garden,

And you stand there and you watch as they float away.

You take a deep breath in,

And as you exhale you feel a sense of lightness,

Knowing you have made space for new growth and opportunities in your life.

With your hands on your heart,

Take a final deep breath in and feel the gratitude for the release and the freedom it has brought you in your inner garden.

As we bring this meditation to a close,

Take a moment to sit with the energy of the full moon and the peace that comes with release.

Remember the process of releasing is ongoing.

You may come back to this meditation whenever you feel the need to let go of something that is no longer aligned with your highest good.

Take a moment now to consider how you will honor this release in the next days ahead.

What small actions or rituals can you incorporate into your life to nurture this new sense of clarity and freedom?

I want to take this moment to thank you for sharing this sacred space with me during this full moon.

May this time of release bring you peace,

Healing,

And transformation as you move forward in your journey.

Ashe,

Aho,

Amen,

And so it is,

My friends.

This track is soooo good! I really enjoyed it. Weighing the weeds in our palms really resonated with me. I felt that and I appreciated taking a moment to feel the gravity of all I was about to release. Thank you, Melissa! 🥰🫂🌿🌈🌕
