In the moment I open my eyes upon waking,
I bring my awareness to the immense power within me and I remind myself that I am the creator of my reality.
I shape my reality with every thought I give my attention to.
I am the creator of my reality.
I shape my reality with every emotion I allow to rise within me.
I am the creator of my reality.
I shape my reality with every action I take,
Intentional or not.
I am the creator of my reality.
I shape my reality through the lens of my subconscious beliefs.
I am the creator of my reality.
As the creator of my reality,
I understand that my intentions,
Thoughts,
And emotions combined with my subconscious beliefs literally shape how I perceive and interact with the world around me.
This understanding makes me limitless.
I am bound only by the limitations of my own thoughts,
Emotions,
And ways of being.
I use this knowledge to empower myself,
Breaking down old paradigms that no longer serve me and replacing them with those that do.
I remind myself that my brain is an incredible supercomputer,
Designed to shape my experience of the world based on its beliefs and programs,
Programs either I installed myself or were installed by others,
Maybe parents,
Friends,
Family,
Media,
Even society at large.
I know my brain responds to the instructions that I give to it,
So today I choose to focus my attention on the outcomes that I actually desire.
I choose to be an intentional programmer of my mind,
Aligning myself with the highest frequencies,
Those of love,
Gratitude,
And infinite possibility.
I align my thoughts with the energy of gratitude.
I guide my mind toward creative solutions.
I focus my attention on what brings me joy.
I train my mind to expect positive outcomes.
I intentionally choose thoughts that elevate my spirit.
I open my heart and allow love to be my compass.
Throughout this day,
I will remain aware that my energy attracts like energy.
I will remind myself that my experience of the outer world is simply a reflection of my inner world.
The energy I send out always comes back to me,
Amplified and multiplied.
The universe works in perfect harmony with my energy,
So today I will stay conscious of my programming.
I will remember that my brain is wired to follow the patterns I establish,
So I will cultivate patterns of positivity,
Acceptance,
And trust.
I am in control of my thoughts,
I am in control of my energy,
And I am in control of my emotions.
My reality is mine to design.
I am intentionally aligning my thoughts and emotions with my highest good.
I trust that the universe is always bringing the right people,
Opportunities,
And experiences into my life.
With that,
I release all doubt,
Fear,
And resistance.
I know without a doubt that I am connected to the infinite source of creation,
And as I align my thoughts and feelings with my highest desires,
I call them into being.
I command them into existence.
I can now move forward with confidence and complete faith in the universe,
Knowing that everything I need to experience my highest desires in this physical reality is already within me.
I trust the process,
I trust myself,
And I trust that today will unfold perfectly as I continue to shape my reality.
I am ready to create.
I am ready to believe.
And I am ready to receive.
