Hello,

Beautiful soul,

And welcome.

Welcome to this Nervous System Regulation Meditation.

This is a space where your body is invited to soften,

Where your nervous system is invited to settle,

And where you are invited to feel safe enough to receive.

Safe enough to receive new inspiration,

New clarity,

New possibilities,

And the manifestations that are already finding their way to you.

So,

Thank you.

Thank you for showing up for yourself.

Thank you for choosing to be here.

Thank you for giving your body this moment.

Begin by finding a comfortable position,

One that allows you to feel safe and supported.

Take a gentle breath in through your nose,

And sigh it out slowly through your mouth.

And let that sigh be a message to your body,

A message that you're not in a rush anymore.

You're safe to be here.

You are safe to soften,

And so when you're ready,

Start to soften the gaze,

Or close your eyes if that feels more comfortable for you,

And begin by feeling the weight of your body.

Notice what is holding you.

Let yourself be supported.

Start by bringing awareness to your face.

Notice your brow,

Your eyes,

Your jaw,

Your tongue.

Notice if anything is holding,

Clenching,

Or pulling,

And gently allow it to soften.

Let your brow smooth,

And let your eyes rest heavy.

Let your jaw loosen and unclench.

Let your tongue rest heavy in your mouth.

Feel your scalp soften,

And let your head feel supported.

Bringing awareness to your neck and throat.

Notice if there is any tightness or gripping.

Allow your neck to widen.

Let the throat soften.

Let your head feel heavy and supported.

Bring awareness to your shoulders.

Let them drop away from your ears.

Let the weight you've been carrying be set down.

Let your collarbones widen.

Let your chest soften instead of brace.

Now notice your arms.

Allow your arms to feel heavy.

Let the elbows soften.

Uncurl the fingers,

And let your palms rest open.

Feel your arms being supported.

Bring awareness to your belly.

Let your belly gently fall.

Release your grip on your core.

Soften your lower back.

Let your torso feel supported.

Notice your hips.

Let them grow heavy.

Let your sit bones widen.

Bring awareness to your thighs.

Let them soften.

Soften the knees.

Let your calves release.

Let your heels grow heavy.

Spread your toes.

Let your feet be held by the earth.

Your whole body is being supported.

Take a moment to rest here for a few quiet breaths.

And with every exhale,

Your body is learning,

I am safe now.

Whenever you're ready,

Allow yourself to bring awareness back to this present time and moment.

And start by bringing awareness back to your breath.

Bringing awareness to your fingers and toes.

Making small,

Gentle,

Mindful movements.

And whenever you're ready,

Opening your eyes,

And thanking yourself for this moment.

You are safe.

And it's okay to receive.
