As this new day begins,

I open my heart,

And my spirit to the quiet miracle of being alive.

I breathe in the sacredness of this moment and I invite gratitude to rise gently within me.

I give thanks for all that is,

Seen and unseen,

For the blessings that greet me clearly and for those still unfolding in divine timing.

I pray not for more,

But to become more aware.

Aware of the beauty that already surrounds me.

Aware of the gifts that I often overlook.

Aware of the love that holds me,

Even in silence.

Help me release the need to chase what is outside of me.

Help me dissolve the habits of lack,

Comparison,

And grasping.

Help me to shed the illusion that I must always be striving to be worthy.

And in their place,

Let me embrace the fullness of now.

Let me trust that what I have is enough.

That who I am is enough.

That this moment is rich with meaning.

I trust in the infinite creator who gives without condition,

Who pours grace into every corner of my life,

Whether I notice it or not.

I align myself with the vibration of thankfulness,

For breath,

For warmth,

For the people and experiences that shape me,

For the chance to begin again each morning renewed.

Let me see the beauty in simplicity.

Let me honor the present as sacred ground.

Let me remember that gratitude is not a feeling I wait for,

It's a practice,

It's a path,

It's a powerful way of seeing.

Today,

I commit to choosing appreciation,

To naming the blessings,

To celebrating the small joys,

To living as a vessel of love and acknowledgement.
