This meditation will connect you deeply and fully to a vision that you already hold for yourself.
This mind-body connection allows you to experience and be grateful for the miracles that have yet to unfold for you.
It's something that you can do again and again as each visit to this realm offers you greater clarity and connection than the time before.
May you find everything you seek within your own heart and may that lead you to your next watershed moment.
Let's begin your journey.
Rest comfortably either seated or lying down on your back,
Palms facing upward.
You will first bring your body into a place of neutrality.
Where we are going we do not want to carry with us any tension from this moment nor any excitement.
Where we are going will have its own sensations,
Emotions,
Images,
And felt body sense.
Begin by bringing your awareness to the top of your head.
Gently bring your awareness down into your forehead,
Around your eyes,
And across your temples.
Whatever tension or restlessness you find here,
Release that to this moment.
Imagine that energy in those sensations dissolving and dissipating into the atmosphere.
Continue to gently draw your attention down into your jaw,
Softening and releasing.
Down through your neck,
Softening and releasing,
Dissolving and dissipating.
Bringing awareness now to your shoulders,
Relax and drop the shoulders.
Imagine that sense of ease and release dripping down your arms,
Into your hands,
And extending into your fingertips.
Focus now on your chest and belly.
Notice how they gently rise and fall with each breath.
Notice how they gently rise and fall with each breath.
Your hips are open and relaxed,
Allowing tension and stress,
Excitement and energy,
To soften and release,
Dissolve and dissipate.
This flows down the muscles in your legs,
Into your knees,
And from knees to ankles,
Allowing the legs to rest in a place of neutrality.
Rotate your ankles,
Stretch out your toes,
And your entire body is now fully present,
Aware,
And ready to enter the space of your vision.
Take another deep breath in,
And as you release,
Bring to mind your vision.
See the picture of what you desire to create with your life.
Notice what goal you are achieving.
What purpose you are fulfilling.
Look around.
Where are you?
Are you inside or outside?
What colors do you see?
What time of year is it?
What time of day?
Are you alone or are you with others?
If there are others around you,
Look into their faces.
Who do you see here?
Who are these people?
Are these people friends,
Family,
Colleagues,
Clients,
Strangers?
Are there animals present?
Looking into the faces of these people or animals that are here with you,
What are those faces telling you?
Are you in the middle of the night?
Are you here to serve and support them?
Are you working together?
Are they here to cheer you on?
Are they here to support you?
Are they here to cheer you on?
Listen for sounds.
What do you hear?
Can you hear machines buzzing?
Wind blowing?
Birds singing?
Water moving?
Is there music?
Do you hear voices?
Who is speaking?
Does anyone there want to speak to you?
What are these people saying?
Is there applause and cheering or is this moment more quiet?

In witnessing your achievements and feeling fulfilled,
What are you telling yourself?
Listen.
As you are here listening,
You notice a smell.
What is that smell?
What memories does that scent carry with it?
Take a look now at yourself.
Are you standing or sitting?
What clothes are you wearing?
What is that smell?
Look closely at the fabric.
Notice how it feels against your skin.
Can you feel the warmth of the sun?
Is there a draft?
What is the temperature of the air in the room you are in?
What is the temperature of the air in the room you are in?
What is the temperature of the air in the room you are in?
As you are feeling focused on yourself,
Bring your awareness inward and notice how this vision makes you feel in your body in this moment.
What do you feel in your heart space?
What sensations do you notice in your belly?
Bring awareness to your back and shoulders.
How are you holding yourself?
What is your face and the expressions it holds telling you?
Bring all of your awareness now to your entire body.
What is the one place in your body that is calling out most to you?
Bring all of your attention and awareness to this one spot.
Notice all of the sensations that are happening in this part of your body.
You may feel temperature,
Movement,
Heaviness or lightness,
Buzzing,
Throbbing.
Connect deeply with the sensations happening here.
What feeling or emotion are attached to these sensations in this part of your body?
What feeling or emotion are attached to these sensations in this part of your body?
If these sensations had a message for you right now,
What would it be?
Notice and trust the first thing that comes to you.
Allow your body to speak without the mind's interference.
If these sensations had a message for you right now,
What would it be?
Hold this message in your heart as you take one more look at the vision you've created.
Take in the landscape or the room you are in.
Look at the people or animals that are here with you.
Notice the sounds and smells.
You have achieved so much.
You are a shining example of what is possible.
Say aloud to the space and the people or animals present,
I am already here.
This has already happened.
I am so proud of myself for achieving this goal.
I am so grateful for the support I received.
As you look out onto your life vision,
Offer gratitude for all energies present.
Let them know you will see them very soon.
Bring your attention into your physical body.
You may become aware of the chair or floor beneath you.
You may begin to hear sounds in the room.
Wiggle your toes and your fingers.
When you are ready,
Open your eyes and return to the room.
