Grounding Cord for Protection & Healing

This meditation will guide you through setting your own grounding cords, both central and auxillary, in order to draw up the warm, protective, nurturing, and healing Earth energy.

You will continue to draw this feminine energy up through each energy center/chakra as it fills your entire body with warm, sparkling, magnetic earth energy before fountaining out all around you surrounding your entire being with a bubble of protective and healing Earth energy.

You will also be guided to collect any energy you are carrying that is not yours and/or no longer serves you in order to return that energy to Mother Earth, through your grounding cord, to be dispersed, cleansed and recycled by the Earth.
