An invitation for you to re-frame absence (lack/scarcity) into abundance. We often find ourselves in the same situation and feel frustrated for not being able to move forward. We look at what's missing rather than what there is more to see and experience. Is abundance over absence.

Sometimes we're like,

Hang on a minute,

I've been here before.

Oh,

Why am I here again?

Did I not learn?

And the answer to that is,

You did.

You did learn and now you're here to learn something else.

It's not deja vu.

The most obvious example I can give is relationships,

You know,

You get in a relationship and then and then maybe you're like,

Well I'm here again with this bad boy or bad girl or bad boys or bad girls.

Haven't I learned yet?

But the truth is rather than beat yourself up about it,

You did learn something and now you're here to learn something else.

Maybe it's a deeper level,

Maybe it's another aspect,

Another perspective because that's what we're here to do to learn.

In every opportunity and situation we're in,

We have called upon for ourselves.

So,

Stepping back into that sovereignty changes,

Shifts the energy behind you.

We're not victim,

We're in,

We're owning that space.

We get curious,

Back to that,

Get curious.

So,

There's the absence and the abundance,

Right?

Really feeling like,

What did I miss out on?

How about realizing that,

Wow,

There's more to learn here.

I'm back here because there's something else to learn.

Not,

What did I not learn?

Cough,

Cough.

That's how,

That's how to combine the word half and cup.

Cup,

Half full,

Half empty exists very much with that absence and abundance.

Human conditioning is that,

It's in gratification,

Right?

Because we have that,

That's the dance,

The absence dance,

Feeling lack scarcity constantly and then we reframe that and go,

Well actually there's abundance and then trying to do everything at the same time and then getting overwhelmed by it.

So,

There's the dance,

There's a beautiful Assembly.
