Welcome to this short and simple practice to boost your energy naturally.
Soften your gaze or close your eyes and allow your belly,
Your shoulders and your jaw to relax.
Soften any contraction in your body and begin by noticing your breath.
There is nothing you need to change or fix right now.
This is simply a small pause in your day and a moment to breathe and reconnect with your natural energy.
In a moment you will follow a gentle rhythm of breathing in and out at the same pace.
There is no need to force the breath,
Just allow it to become smooth,
Steady and comfortable.
Let's take the first breath in and out and with your next inhalation imagine a bright stream of white light entering your body with the breath.
This light carries pure life force energy.
Every time you breathe in this white light flows gently through your body,
Infusing every organ,
Every muscle and every cell.
Imagine yourselves awakening,
Activating and spinning with vitality.
Breathing in white light flowing into your body and breathing out letting the energy settle and spread through your body.
With each inhale allow this stream of white light to gather at the base of your spine,
At your tailbone and from there begin to imagine the light slowly traveling upwards through your spine,
Rising vertebra by vertebra,
All the way up to the crown of your head.
Then with the next breath feel it slowly flowing back down the spine again,
Returning to the base.
Up the spine with inhalation and down the spine with the exhalation.
A gentle stream of living light cycling through your body.
As this energy moves through your spine imagine it cleansing and refreshing your entire energetic body and nervous system,
Returning your system to its natural vibrant state.
Simply continue breathing with the rhythm.
White light rising through the spine and softly flowing back down again.
Your body is remembering its natural balance,
Your mind is becoming clear and spacious.
Take one final slow breath in and a gentle breath out.
Notice how you feel right now.
When you're ready slowly bring your awareness back to your surroundings and gently open your eyes.
Before you continue with your day take a moment to notice the shift in your energy.
