It is so good to see you again.
For this guided meditation,
We'll work on the difficult process of letting go of romantic illusions that are not serving us.
It's far too often that we let our fear run our romantic relationships.
In this meditation,
We will work at becoming conscious to romantic illusions that we have created.
We will work at reawakening our faith in love and guide ourselves fearlessly toward releasing these romantic illusions.
This work is not easy,
But it is so fulfilling.
Before you begin this difficult meditation,
Take a moment to get honest with yourself.
Maybe pause this recording,
Write down in your journal,
Or take a note of the fear-based romantic illusions you've been holding onto in your life.
What is the negative story you've been telling yourself?
When you're ready to begin,
Close your eyes.
Sit up in your seat with a straight spine.
Your feet are planting firmly into the ground.
Your palms are facing upward to receive all the loving energy around you.
Take a deep breath in your nose and breathe out through your mouth.
Inhale fill up.
Exhale empty out.
Continue this cycle of breathing as you become more and more relaxed to this meditative experience.
Continue breathing deeply in through your nose and exhale deeply through your mouth.
With each cycle of breath,
Finding yourself more centered,
More grounded,
More relaxed.
Gently,
Call into your mind the fearful thoughts that you have been replaying about your romantic relationship.
See in your mind's eye the stories you have been telling yourself.
Are there fears from the past?
Are there resentments that you've been carrying with you?
As you bring these thoughts to mind,
Breathe deeply into the space of your body wherever you feel that energy is coming up for you.
Is it causing you discomfort?
Is it causing you feelings of frustration or anger?
Breathe into that space and on your breath out,
Release.
With each inhale,
Thinking to yourself,
I honor myself with this breath.
With each exhale,
I choose to release my past illusions.
Breathing in,
I want to see things differently.
I welcome in the care of my inner guide.
I have the power to transform my fears.
Continue breathing in through your nose and out through your mouth.
I choose to release my attachments to these fears.
I turn my fears over to my inner guide.
I honor my own transformational journey.
With every inhale,
You release your attachment to your old fear-based ideas.
On your exhale,
Allow them to be transformed.
I turn over my fears.
I know I am being guided.
One more inhale to fill up and one more deep exhale to release.
Bringing your awareness back into your present space.
As you're ready,
