this reiki transmission was potent. I dropped into a very deep state of awareness that truly allowed me to confirm the connection between internal focus and external stimuli.

in a state of disconnection from the mind, my environment is quiet, in a state of connection, I am not present in the meditation, I’m present in the things that distract me, causing the suffering I seek respite from.

this subtlety is opening me up to the ways in which my environment and the occurences in my life reflect my state of being.
