Take a few more deep cleansing breaths and on each exhale imagine any stress,

Or worry drift off you and float away.
Allowing your breath to return to its natural rhythm,
You become more and more relaxed.

Now is the time to set your intention on receiving this Reiki healing energy within your physical,

Mental,
And spiritual bodies for your highest and greatest good.
With this intention of healing,
You feel your heart begin to expand and your body becomes more and more relaxed.

As your body relaxes,
It gets heavier and you feel yourself sink and melt into the ground below you.
You feel nurtured and comforted by the energy around you.
