Welcome to this Higher Self Meditation where we connect to the Higher Self and open up four new energy centers in the Chakra System.

I invite you to get in a comfortable position,

Either seated or laying down,

Whatever feels right to you in the moment.

When comfortable,

Take a few deep cleansing breaths,

Allowing your body to relax and then return to your natural rhythm of breath.

When comfortable,

I invite you to gently lower your eyelids and close your eyes and invite in your own Divine Light.

As you breathe in,

You take in the light of the universe around you.

In every exhale,

You allow your body to absorb the sunlight,

The starlight,

The light from the sun,

The light from the moon,

And the light from the earth below your feet.

As you breathe out,

You release anything back to the universe that does not serve you and that is not of your highest good or of the highest light.

On your next breath,

Set your intention to bring the light into your third body,

Into the Chakra System,

Into your cells,

Into your DNA,

And into your soul.

Feel yourself releasing anything from your Chakra System,

From your cells,

From your DNA,

From your etheric body,

And your soul that is not serving you.

Anything that needs releasing is released with your exhale.

Following the cycle of breath,

With each inhale you bring in the light from the universe,

From the planets,

From the moon and from the sun,

From the earth,

And all the light around you.

And on the exhale,

You release the energy that is not of the light.

You release energy that is not yours.

You release the energy that does not serve you.

We call upon our I Am Presence,

Our higher selves,

Our team in spirit.

We call upon the highest light to support and activate the oneness within.

I call upon Archangel of the vertical planes and the horizontal planes.

I call upon Archangel Michael,

Raphael,

Ariel,

Gabriel,

And I call upon Metatron and Snabelton.

Archangel Raphael of the east,

Angel of the emerald green ray,

Healer,

Provider,

Keeper of the earth in harmony.

Archangel Raphael,

Cloaked in the energy of emerald green fire,

We ask you to rebuild and repair the energetic pathways and heal the layers of our energy body.

We call upon Archangel Michael of the south,

Angel of the blue ray.

Energy is electric blue fire,

Defender of truth,

Destroyer of illusion,

Bringer of hope,

And servant of the mother.

We ask you,

Archangel Michael,

To heal the etheric body,

Heal any weaknesses,

Scars,

Or damage to the etheric body.

Archangel of the west,

Archangel Gabriel of the golden ray,

Cloaked in a diamond white fire,

Messenger of love,

Light,

And truth.

Allow this diamond white fire energy to be absorbed into our body,

Extracting any energy that does not belong,

Releasing other people's energy for the greatest and highest good.

As we turn to Archangel Uriel of the north,

Angel of the silver ray,

Cosmic angel,

Bringer and protector of the future,

The strength of the cosmos,

The subtlety of the lunar feminine,

The strength of mental abundance,

Stamina,

Good health,

The shine of laughter and love,

Cosmic angel Uriel has the energy of ruby red fire and we ask this energy to cleanse our heart space and any lower vibrational energy.

This is a cleansing for the heart.

We call upon Metatron above,

Cloaked in an energy of golden white fire,

Bringing down the Christ light from above,

Bringing down a grid of light above your head,

Sealing the space and protecting you in a golden white fire.

Seal the space above,

Seal the walls around you and the floor beneath you with white light,

Bringing this grid down through your body and anchoring into your heart space.

As this light,

This golden white fire of light opens in your heart space,

It moves through the chakra system,

Activating the orbs of light in your chakras.

The chakras below the heart begin to open,

The chakras above begin to activate and open.

A beautiful sky blue ball of light opens in your throat chakra.

Your third eye chakra blooms with a deep indigo sphere of light.

Your crown chakra is activated with a magical golden white light orb.

In your solar plexus chakra,

A sunny yellow sphere of light activates.

Your sacral chakra opens and the vibrant deep orange ball of light activates.

Your root chakra is connected and activated through a ruby red sphere of light.

Now we call on Sandalfun to bring up the golden crystalline 5D grid of the earth below into the room.

The chakras in the feet open and receive the light of Sandalfun,

Bringing that light grid up into the heart.

With gratitude,

We ask our higher selves in the guides to help you dissolve any and all cords to the old karmic grid of the earth.

So you are only standing on the 5D crystalline grid,

Drinking in the light from that grid,

Absorbing the light from that grid and releasing the old grid of the earth.

The golden crystalline light moves in through the body,

Opening all the chakras.

You continue to expand.

You continue to relax into the healing.

You soften as you open.

The root chakra,

The sacral chakra through the solar plexus,

Light opens and allows the grid to be anchored into the heart.

The light moves up to the throat chakra,

To the third eye and merges with the light on your crown chakra,

Allowing the six angels around you to rebalance and open your energy field and allowing the angels to hold you,

To hold space for you.

Your energy fields open and expand.

The energy of the grid and the six angels around you expand.

The horizontal force and the vertical force holding you in a grid of light and into the space I call your higher self.

Your higher self exists as a high frequency chakra way above your head in your 11th chakra,

Invoking that energy now,

This 11th chakra is a great golden orange sun many feet above your head.

This energy activates and integrates.

You relax deeper into the energy,

Into the light that is holding you.

As this energy open,

It begins to descend down through a center column towards the top of your head at the crown chakra,

A great golden orange globe of light descending down to the crown chakra.

That light begins to flood through your whole energy field through every layer of your light body.

Golden orange light,

This higher frequency consciousness.

This is you in the higher dimensional existence and the higher self merges with your crown center.

This golden orange sun merges with a sphere of crystalline grid.

That light merges and becomes one with this transmission of light to your crown center.

And then the higher self,

This golden orange sphere of light begins to descend to the center of your head,

Which is received by the third eye center.

And the higher self merges with the third eye.

You relax,

You receive and expand.

This golden orange sun allows a transmission of light from your higher self to your third eye opening,

Expanding and aligning.

That sphere of power that is your higher self connects now with your throat chakra.

This majestic royal blue center opens to receive your higher self.

This golden orange light emerges as one with the throat chakra and receives this transmission of light into the throat now.

Breathing,

Opening,

Allowing,

Aligning.

Having that light go deep into the throat,

Deep into the layers and levels,

The sphere of force,

Your light begins to descend now to the heart chakra.

Open,

Soften,

Allow.

The sphere of light opens to receive your higher self and a golden orange sun merges with your heart chakra and receives a transmission of light into the heart,

Expanding the heart,

Aligning with the heart.

Relax,

Breathe,

Soften,

Allow.

Your higher self now drops into your solar plexus center.

Your higher self and your solar plexus become one.

A radiant golden light transmutes this energy.

As your power increases,

You soften and relax.

Orange light in this golden sphere merges and opens to receive a transmission of light in your solar plexus center.

Your higher self,

This golden orange sun descends now to your sacral chakra.

This energy center opens and receives the light.

You receive an activation of light now in your sacral chakra.

Breathing,

Allowing,

Creating,

Relaxing.

As you breathe,

This higher self energy descends now into the root chakra,

Descending to the base chakra,

Opening to receive the golden light of the higher self and become one.

Here in the base chakra,

The higher self begins to transmit light to the whole inner channel between the base and top of head.

Light flowing up to the spine,

To the top of the head,

Opening,

Expanding,

And clearing the inner channel.

Relaxing,

Allowing,

Healing.

Extending that channel down and extending that channel down deep into the crystalline grid of the earth.

Grounding into the earth,

Grounding this light into the earth,

Extending your energy field down into the earth of the crystalline grid.

And now your higher self begins to awaken four new energy centers in your body,

Four new chakras.

Breathe,

Soften,

Relax,

Allow.

This first new center of force is between the sacral and solar plexus.

And this opens as a great beautiful orange sphere.

This many center of light is a new energy birthing a new immunity chakra.

This energy center assists in healing,

Releasing a victim mentality and reframes limiting beliefs associated with health and healing.

This activation opens up access to your multi-dimensional self and higher dimensional information.

We now ask your higher self to help integrate the new energy center with all the other chakras in your body.

The new center of force in the navel area,

Unifying it with the whole of your 5D chakra system.

The next center of force is the co-creative center and is located in the upper chest behind the heart and between the heart and throat chakras.

The center is a beautiful turquoise pink color and the center represents a higher level of frequency of unconditional love for the self and for others.

Sending the light of the center to your own body,

This turquoise pink light,

Sending this light to all the unloved parts of yourself,

Assisting you with inner child healing,

Shadow work and self-love.

Allowing that light to flow out into your reality.

Allowing that light to integrate into all the connections and relationships and situations in your reality.

This co-creative energy increases your powers to manifest for the collective's greatest good and for your greatest and highest good.

Uplifting,

Upgrading,

You're realigning your energy to your reality in a higher frequency.

Allow this transmission of love out into a reality and also into your own energy field.

As this is happening,

The higher self begins to activate a third new center of force in the back of the neck at the base of the skull.

The center is called the dreamwell center.

This is a chakra center of synchronicity,

Manifesting and dreaming your reality into being in a higher frequency energy.

This is represented with the flow of a rainbow light and this energy begins to flood through the head centers and the neck and the whole of your energy field.

Allowing your higher self to begin to stabilize the rainbow light,

Supporting dreamwork,

Lucid dreaming,

Healing subconscious beliefs and increasing manifestation power.

Allowing your higher self to guide this translucent rainbow light to activate your new energy center.

Breathe,

Relax,

Receive.

The fourth and final energy center located on both the right and left sides of your forehead,

Right below your hairline,

Is your horn chakra.

And blend the power between the masculine and feminine forces in your body.

Your masculine and feminine archetypal forces helping you to unify the two as a sacred marriage between the feminine and masculine within you.

The father and the mother unify.

You can imagine a golden infinity sign on your forehead,

Creating harmony,

Wisdom and the embrace of duality.

Two loops of golden energy looping around continuously,

Simultaneously,

One supporting the other.

The synergy of expanding as a new force in your body.

Four new centers of energy opened in your body,

One in the navel,

One in the heart,

One in the neck and one in the forehead.

Open,

Expand,

Align.

Four centers of the 5D energy in the body are opening.

The higher self now beginning to work in your energy field and integrate those four chakra centers into your energy body,

Assisted by the six angels around you,

Supporting you,

Healing you.

All you need to do is breathe,

Open,

Relax,

Allow.

Allow the adjustments to happen now in your energy field.

Allowing these centers to begin to merge and integrate with your 5D chakra centers,

Breathing,

Opening,

Softening,

Allowing.

When opening and integration is complete,

Your higher self,

The sphere of light at the base chakra begins to ascend now,

Once again at the inner column passing from the base to the sacral,

From the sacral to the solar plexus,

Then to the heart,

Up to the throat,

To the third eye and back to the crown at the top of your head.

And then releasing from the body,

It ascends up the central column going back to the position of the 11th chakra,

Many feet above your head.

Feeling a decrease of energy of intensity now.

As this happens,

The angels around you begin to also adjust and decrease the intensity of the grid surrounding you.

Looking for final adjustments now from the angels around you and then releasing of energy as the angels of the horizontal and vertical planes release and step back.

Gabriel releasing and stepping back.

Michael releasing and stepping back.

Raphael releasing and stepping back.

Uriel releasing and stepping back.

Sandalphum and Metatron releasing the grids around you from the earth in the central sun and step back.

As they step back,

Just breathe and relax your body.

And when ready,

You can come back to your body.

Noticing the shifts within you,

The shifts of the higher self meditation and these four new energy centers.

And as you feel the release of the energy around you,

You can close the chakras from the top of the head to the base of the spine.

Close down your chakra centers,

Closing your etheric body,

Pulling back your energy field,

Putting a strong and safe container of light around you,

Allowing these new energy centers to close to whatever degree you feel comfortable.
