Hello,
Thank you for taking time today to join me.
So you can come to center,
Lighten your load,
Take a pause and also invite absolute beautiful awakening and awareness into this time that you are giving yourself.
And as we're here,
I invite you to bring your attention to your breath.
And if possible,
Please breathe in through the nostrils and out through the nostrils at whatever pace is good for you.
Be aware if there's any sound around you.
Continue tracking your breath,
Both in the inhalation and the exhalation.
And allow yourself to also go back and notice is there sound when I breathe?
Is there sound when I exhale?
Is there anything that I'm hearing around me?
Perhaps close?
Perhaps further away?
And as you continue tracking your breath,
I invite you to make that inhale a little bit bigger,
A little bit deeper.
And when your body exhales,
Allow yourself to really expel all that breath and then give a little extra push.
And continue bringing your awareness to the next layer of your breath and of the sound.
So once you feel your awareness has an understanding,
Make it a little bit deeper.
Do I feel expansion in my ribs?
Does my belly or my gut expand?
After the exhale,
Do I hold the empty?
Whatever it is,
It's all right.
We're just bringing your awareness exactly to the present,
To you.
So now I invite you to take two more inhalations and exhalations and then we will begin a part of the journey.
All right.
So I invite you to continue by walking down this path that is in front of you.
And any time you feel you need an anchoring and you want to go back to your breath and take note and track it and listen,
That's quite all right.
That's creating a tether point and sometimes that is very assuring,
Reassuring,
And that's a tool that you can take with you anywhere,
Any time of the day or night.
And it just helps you to come to present,
To come to that exact moment,
To have a connecting point,
Almost like,
Well,
Tether point,
Almost like you stick a flag.
Okay.
My home base,
No matter what I'm doing.
So anyway,
I invite you to be walking down a path and just look around you.
This path probably goes for about another 20 feet.
And as you're walking forward,
Just get a sense of what is to your left at night and perhaps what is underneath your feet.
What does it feel like?
What is the sound?
You pick up any sense in the air.
And as we're coming forward,
We're coming closer to the end of this path and there is a fork.
And there are two more paths,
Each in a different direction.
And go ahead and with your choice,
Just take one of these paths.
And I should take this path.
I invite you to just feel what it's like.
There's no hurry.
There's no right.
There's no wrong.
You're just enjoying the walk along the path that you have chosen.
And then about three more steps,
I'll invite you to pause.
And if you would like,
You could step off the path and just sit down or you can just stay on the path,
Whatever feels right for you,
Whatever works best.
And here we are.
Okay.
All right.
So for this moment,
We're taking a pause.
And I invite you just to be comfortable.
Whether that's standing or stepping off the path and sitting.
And I invite you to lift your head up and roll your shoulders back.
And if your body figuratively needs a little bit of movement,
Please just go ahead and allow that movement.
So as you're sitting in this guided journey meditation,
You may in actuality want to roll your shoulders or move your arms and bump your legs a little bit,
Or you might just allow the stillness and figuratively just allow movement.
What this is doing is it's bringing an awareness and to your body and activating energy,
Because we are,
We are energy.
And we also are in this physical being.
But the energy actually is what activates and moves first and then the physicality follows.
So I'm just inviting you to be here,
To be comfortable,
And to just bring awareness and movement.
Now,
At this time,
I'm going to invite you to explore your energy a little bit more.
And we're going to do that by bringing our awareness in and actually getting a sense.
So where you are figuratively at this moment,
I'm going to invite you to bring your awareness up,
Up above your head and bring down light right into your head that's through the crown chakra,
Right through the center of your body,
Down through the neck,
Down through your trunk,
And allow this energy to go all the way down through your legs through your feet into the earth.
Sometimes it can be pictured as if you are like a tree and your feet are anchoring in and that light and that energy which is going through you is really stretching into the earth like roots.
This is energy.
This is energy from you going deep into the earth.
And then bring your awareness,
Tracking this energy from the earth.
Gaya back into yourself,
Up through your legs,
Into your torso or trunk,
Up through your chest and your neck and your head and out your head and up and extended.
And I invite you to bring your arms up,
Stretching them over your head,
Connecting your thumbs or your fingers and then releasing and expanding your arms and stretching them out as far as you can to both sides.
Almost like you're making a snow angel.
Except right here right now you're stretching with your own energy.
Once you've done that,
Ensure that you are comfortable and allow your arms to be just wherever they should be.
Perhaps just resting gently at your sides,
Perhaps being supported by your lap.
I invite you to bring your hands and palms up.
And now bring your awareness to that energy that we invited to flow through us and just track it again down through your head.
And this time allow the awareness to come to the arms and bring it down,
Your awareness down to your elbows,
Your forearms and to your palms.
And without any effort,
Without any push,
But just bringing your awareness.
I invite you to allow the energy just to flow right out of your palms.
Nothing to worry about,
Nothing to play games about,
Just the awareness of the energy flow because we are energetic beings.
We are physical beings as well with a beautiful mind,
But we are also energetic beings.
And it is so nice to say hello to those parts within us which we may not have been aware of.
Bringing your attention back to your hands now.
I invite you to bring your hands,
Palms facing each other,
Maybe about eight inches apart in front of you.
And you can bring them a little bit closer and just become aware of the energy that was flowing out of your hands.
And you may find yourself just bringing your hands in a little closer.
What does it feel like?
You may move one gently inward and outward and see if that feels any different.
You may choose to take the other hand and pull that out a bit and move it in.
Give yourself permission to just be present right now with you and this energy and allow the plating and the awareness for you are creating an energy ball.
As you sit here with us and you feel,
Go ahead and bring in a large inhalation and a large exhalation.
Give yourself permission to be in this moment,
In this present with your physical and energetic energy.
Okay.
And when you feel like,
Okay,
Got this.
Okay,
Hello.
This awareness,
Allowing it just to set in.
That's all right.
Good.
Then just know that you have this energy ball.
When I say the energy is the forward and the physical is the secondary.
I'm going to show you some ways where you can use this energy for your own wellness.
Okay.
Go ahead and relax your hands if you want to figuratively shake them out or literally.
I'm bringing you back to your body.
You may find that you might want to roll your shoulders,
Do a little bit of movement.
If not,
If being perfectly still is what works,
Then that's good too.
Okay.
Now we're here.
I invite you to think of something that has affected you recently just something that has affected you recently in perhaps a concern or a question or a situation interacting with other people.
Just become aware of that situation that raised concern or if it wasn't concern,
Anxiousness or just something that made you pause and just bring it into your presence.
Think about it.
You may be asking yourself some questions about it and it's at this point that I invite you to go ahead and feel what came to you.
What does it feel like wearing your body?
Is it showing up?
And when you have identified wearing your body,
This is showing up.
Invite you to bring your awareness to that part and just look at it.
And I invite you to ask that feeling in that part of your body,
Is there something that I need to know?
What is it that you would like to share with me?
It doesn't matter so much if you hear many things or if it's quiet and you don't hear anything.
Bring your awareness back to the feeling because that is generally a suggestion or an understanding of where there is a block within your system.
And so once you've identified that and perhaps dialogued with it,
Perhaps not,
But you know where it is,
I invite you to go back to a few minutes earlier where we created that beautiful energy ball.
Each one of us created our own.
And I invite you to bring that energy ball into your hands again.
You've already experienced it.
It's not a question,
It's there.
So give yourself permission,
Holding your hands in that open form to allow that energy ball to come to you.
And now I invite you to take this energy ball and bring it exactly to that place or that feeling within you.
That was where the block,
Where that feeling is held,
Where the block is.
And just go ahead and bring that energy ball and visually,
Like just imagine it going right into that space wherever it is.
And the beauty of this is that you don't have to know the details.
That's the mind,
The beautiful mind who helps us get from A to B.
But right now we're working with the energetic body and the energy leads.
And when you can identify a location of a block and you can invite that energy into that spot,
It knows what to do even when we may not in our minds.
This is the really cool thing about energy.
So just give yourself permission for that energy ball you've created to start untangling,
Dissipating,
Releasing that block area.
And I invite you to bring your awareness in an observation of just you.
Just observe and just hold and just allow.
And remember,
It's okay to just feel and observe the process.
And our mind may not catch all the fine details or the nuances,
But just allow that to break down a bit,
To release,
Untangle.
And while you wait,
I invite you to go back and bring your awareness to breath.
And for a cycle of two inhales and two exhales,
Just bring yourself to your breath.
All right.
Thank you.
So now I invite you to really just figuratively sit up straighter,
Stand up and just feel like you have released a little bit of something that may not serve you that you can just let go of.
And whatever path you chose,
And we've taken this pause,
We're going to go ahead and continue on this path until it comes to a very natural,
Beautiful ending.
And I'm just going to invite you to go down this path and think about what it was that was of concern that you brought to yourself.
And then the experience of bringing your energy ball into that part inside of you where you felt it,
Where the block was,
And also where the beautiful releasing was.
And as we come to that end of that path,
I invite you to just go ahead and turn around and call around your 360.
And I invite you to take a very large inhale,
A very large exhale,
All at your own pace.
And ask yourself if there is anything more that you need to know about what came forward.
Is there any more information that you can be shown that would be helpful?
Okay,
At this point,
I invite you to just go ahead and look around you again.
And with a slight smile coming across your face,
Bring forth gratitude for this experience,
For your allowing an expansion,
An awareness of energy of your physical and your energetic body.
Just pay gratitude.
Because every time you do this work,
And you bring the awareness,
You shift your lens,
The way you perceive the way you feel the way you engage just a little bit.
And if it works,
That there is some clearing that just lifts you up,
Allows your whole being to be a little bit more open,
Vibrant,
Light,
Clear.
Those are all really beautiful things to be carrying with you.
So at this point,
I invite you to go ahead and start walking back up that path.
Just become aware if you feel a little bit different,
A little bit lighter.
What is the sound of the path under your feet?
How does your step feel?
And as we come forward,
We're coming back to the main path and to the other fork.
And another time we may take that other fork at this point,
I invite you to turn back on to the main path and continue forward to where we began.
And just allow yourself to see all around you.
And bring your awareness to any sounds.
And as you come to that edge of that path,
I invite you to take a really large inhale and a really large exhale.
And I invite you to feel and place your feet rooted against the ground.
And bring the awareness of that energy that just extends right into that heart.
And then comes back up right up through you,
Through your legs,
Through the trunk of your body,
Through your chest and your neck and your head and out the top of your head.
And I invite you to stretch those arms up,
Clasping the fingers or thumbs,
Stretching even higher and releasing in a very wide sweeping arc to both sides of your body.
And a final invitation to allow a smile to come across your face and to bring in that energy being into that physicality.
And to honestly just thank yourself.
Be in gratitude for what an incredible journey that you're going on.
