Okay,
I invite you to come in to this space,
Wherever you are.
Please just go ahead and figuratively take everything that you've been carrying with you before coming here,
And just set it down and give yourself permission.
This next small bit of time is really okay to dedicate just to yourself.
So go ahead and make yourself comfortable,
Whether it's being seated or lying down.
Allow your body just to settle in.
Take notice of the support that your physical body is feeling.
If you're sitting,
Your sits bones,
Your legs.
Just bring your awareness in completely to your body.
To this present time.
Bring your awareness to how your body's feeling.
Maybe as you become aware of things that you're feeling,
Allowing muscles to start to relax.
Maybe the shoulders.
Let down a bit.
Notice if you're tending to lean and parts of your body are being supported whether it's by the back of a chair or a wall.
And if your feet are being supported.
Take a moment here at this time.
Just allow your whole physical being to relax and bring your awareness out from the day toward yourself,
And actually turning inward,
So that we can be home right in our center.
For a few moments.
I asked that you bring your awareness to your breathing.
And if possible,
I should breathe,
Please breathe in through the nostrils and out through the nostrils.
At whatever pace is comfortable for you.
Your awareness is following the breath.
If any thoughts come along.
Just nod,
Give an acknowledgement.
And then make the choice of returning to your breath.
Not trying to rush it or slow it.
Just becoming aware and observing.
How is your breath moving.
As you follow each breath.
Notice,
Is any other part of your body becoming engaged.
By that.
It could be.
You have a feeling in some part of your body,
That's okay.
You can bring your awareness to that part of the body.
Just observe,
And then bring your awareness back to your breath.
Is there anything that you notice about the cadence,
Or the pace.
Does your body want more oxygen,
More air,
Or is it fine.
Bring our awareness inward into the breath.
Bring into the awarenesses of different parts of our being.
Brings us home.
Brings us to our center.
Gives ourselves permission to become right here with ourselves.
This is the place we want to come to.
When we need a respite.
When we need a pause.
And when we need a recharging.
As we continue to follow our breath.
And now we're going to draw your attention to top of your head.
Just notice where that brings your awareness.
Where is the top of your head.
Your attention is there.
Do you feel anything.
Other areas where your focus is drawn.
And I invite you from this point to bring your awareness down over your face,
Your head,
Down to your neck,
And your shoulders.
And as we pause at the shoulders for a moment.
Put forth an invitation to go ahead and roll them back.
Feel that any movement.
Just single or singular rules,
Or ups and downs.
If movement is a guide and helps release.
And from here,
Invite you once again to look back,
Which is affecting the heart chakra and opening up the chest plate a little bit more.
I invite you to bring your attention down the trunk of your body.
In the front and the back.
As if you're scanning.
And just being aware of the muscles,
Skin,
Your skeletal system that's holding up structure.
Bring the awareness to about your belly and I invite you at that moment.
Just to pause.
And while here.
I want you to just reconnect and observe that breath,
The inhalation,
And the exhalation.
And as we're at this moment.
When you inhale.
Do you notice the breath moving your belly outward.
Or perhaps your ribs expanding.
When I invite you to continue the scanning down to your hips and your sits bones.
Not the top of your legs.
We'll pause about the knees and again,
Just doing awareness of the breath,
Inhalation,
And the exhalation.
And as we continue the journey of scanning down,
Down to the ankles.
Remember then bring your awareness to your feet.
Both the top of the feet.
And underneath the bottoms of your feet.
As your feet are resting on the ground.
I invite you to feel an extension or an expansion out of your feet down into the floor and into the earth.
You are extending the energy body and the roots of your being into the earth.
And allow for a pause.
Just to observe this expansion and extension of you,
Your energy down into.
And if you would like,
I invite you to also allow the extension of the energy to come from your hands.
Extending down into the ground into the earth.
And also acting like roots that are holding that are connecting this expansion of our energies of who we are on the non physical plane,
Expanding into the connections all around us.
As you hold this invite you to just,
In a sense,
Take a step back and look at your body and your being.
Come here.
Come home to your center.
And inward to your breath,
Your life,
And your energy.
And with your permission you have connected and expanded your being,
Giving a nod of acceptance to that part of you which is energy,
Which is light,
All part of your whole.
And I invite you to bring that energy back into yourself.
Back up through your feet and up through your palms,
And allow that to travel up your legs as well as your arms back into that core and that center.
And just hold that in the trunk of your body.
In those chakras.
And allow that second chakra energy center below your belly button in that gut.
That place where we're often receiving instant,
Instant awareness.
You may not think we have something to back it up,
But it's a knowing and allow second chakra net energy,
Just to be held.
And to be given a nod of awareness.
And while you're here.
If you would like.
Just a thank you to that part of you.
It gives you information and instance notice helps you with guiding.
And then I invite you to move up to that solar plexus.
It's around the diaphragm.
And just bring your attention to that chakra.
And if you would like you can certainly put your hand there,
Or just bring your awareness,
And a small nod of acknowledgement that this energy center,
Bring such light,
Such knowing and reinforcing the centering.
I invite you to bring your awareness and attention up to that chest bone sternum.
Also,
The energy center of the heart chakra.
As we roll our shoulders back and have done earlier it seems to expand our chest a little bit.
Bring the awareness,
And also bring the attention of that light,
That source of our divine love.
It is simplicity,
And it is expansive,
And that divine love is also infinite.
And I invite you just to bring your awareness,
Just to the purity.
And I invite you to just be here at this moment with your focus right within that heart chakra,
That divine love that purest and simplest form that is truly infinite.
And I invite you to give yourself these moments of time today.
I invite you to figuratively take this love and give it back to yourself.
Remember,
We don't always have to be giving it outward,
But we have to include ourselves in that love.
In that purest form we are love.
And as we can hold that and feel joy receiving that,
Then we will emanate that.
It's almost like a pulsation,
A pulsing.
And as we allow ourselves to receive love,
And that we carry this divine love and we are love,
It's like the ripple when you drop a pebble into the pond,
And it slowly emanates outward.
And I invite you to understand.
This is a beautiful,
Perfect place of being right in our center.
And from here from this moment in the spot.
We can be.
We can receive.
We can recharge.
And from this beautiful space.
We can experience stillness and the beauty of quiet.
And while we sit here for a moment longer invite you to connect with that breath.
And as you're bringing it in.
Observe it being filled with this love as it tracks through your body and realize that this is all a part of you.
Let's bring it back into that heart chakra and let us move upward toward that spot.
That is the fifth chakra the throat chakra between the clavicles,
Where our neck connects to our body.
And I invite you to give yourself permission to have your voice,
Not just in your beautiful mind.
But give permission to yourself to put the feelings,
The energy,
The thoughts into words into sounds into vibrational wavelength.
And again we bring up this option and opportunity of choice,
Putting things to the voice,
And the wavelengths and bringing out truth helps with opening up your whole system and relieving pressures and stresses that you may not even realize you carry.
So remember if there are any stresses or you're going through your day that you have your voice.
And you can come into each of your chakras and give gratitude and realize that each one helps you on your journey,
And can bring you really back into your center.
Bring your attention back into your whole being.
And as we check in with the breath again in through the nose.
And now,
At whatever pace is good for your own being.
I invite you to just come and look within and ask yourself,
Is there any part.
And if there is a part in your body that wants your awareness and figuratively just go there.
Just observe.
And if it's not clear.
You can ask that part,
Is there anything I need to know.
And bring our awareness and attention inward.
There is such beauty.
And there is so much information that we can learn.
When we slow down.
When we come back into center,
And give ourselves permission.
So I invite you now to bring your awareness to your whole body.
And notice.
What am I feeling.
And as you ask what am I feeling.
I invite you to also ask.
Before I end this today.
Is there anything else that I should be aware of,
Or take with me on the rest of my day.
If you notice something,
Or hear words,
Just give a small nod of acknowledgement.
And a thank you.
Because you're really just tuning in.
And if there was nothing extra that's okay too.
We're just looking to see if there's anything more that we should know what would like to show up.
And if it's all quiet.
That's equally okay.
And so in the next few moments.
I'm going to invite you to just allow a small smile to come across your face.
And to bring in the sentiment of gratitude for this beautiful body that you have that is supporting you,
Day in day out for the beautiful energy and essence that is contained within all parts of the whole.
And gratitude to yourself for showing up right here right now,
Slowing down and coming right home to center.
So I invite you to take a large inhale.
And when comfortable large exhale.
And when you're ready.
