Hello,
Thank you for joining today.
So let's take this moment just to bring the invitation to settle in exactly where you are,
Allowing your physical body just to relax.
You may have the muscles just softening.
Bring your awareness to how your body is feeling and take notice to what is supporting your body,
Perhaps a chair,
A sofa,
A bench,
The floor.
And as you bring your awareness to your breath,
Both the inhalation as well as the exhalation,
Bringing your awareness to,
Again,
What is supporting you?
What is touching your skin,
Perhaps clothing?
Where are your feet?
Are they connecting with a floor,
With the earth?
And what all this does is just brings your awareness right back to you in this very present moment.
And as we all stop our busy days,
Evenings,
Mornings,
Wherever you are in this moment,
I invite you to just allow anything that comes through that beautiful mind of yours just to give it a nod and say,
Hey,
I'll be back.
I'll pick you up on the other side because this time is for you to come to your very center,
To settle in,
To open up to that very,
Very beautiful being that you are and either release or receive any information that you haven't had a moment to pay attention to.
So again,
I invite your awareness to the inhalation,
If possible,
Through the nose and the exhalation through either the nose or mouth.
And to take it just a little bit further,
I invite you to have an inhalation of count four and an exhalation of slightly longer than that.
You can stretch it to five or six,
That's great.
And what we're doing is we're shaking it up a bit,
Breaking it up a bit,
Awakening the stale,
Stagnant aspects,
Being very mindful,
Bringing ourselves very present to exactly where we are.
So today I'm going to invite you to take a little figurative journey.
So in your mind's eye,
I'm going to invite that you stand up and as you step forward a couple of paces,
You'll find yourself outdoors in just a perfect place.
It feels lovely.
There's a lightness in the feel.
And there's a path and it's about 10 to 15 feet long.
And I invite you in your mind's eye to start walking that path and bringing in inhales that are slightly larger to get that fresh air in.
And to present with exhales that are slightly deeper,
Bigger,
Or having that extra push,
Releasing the stagnant,
The stale.
As you're walking forward on this path,
You may choose to pause and just look around you.
What does the air feel like on your skin?
What is the temperature?
And you start using your other senses,
What are you picking up?
And before you take that next step,
I invite you to really take a large inhalation as if it is filling up the whole core of your being.
The heart,
The solar plexus,
The belly,
Just really filling you up and really releasing it.
Perhaps even bringing in an appreciation that you can be right here,
Right now.
Moving things around,
Shaking things up,
Bringing in beautiful air and releasing it.
So as you continue your path forward,
I invite you to ask yourself,
All right,
If there's one thing that I need to explore today,
And it might be something that pops up in your head from the morning,
The evening,
The previous day.
Or there might be something out of the blue from something deep inside of you.
Whatever pops up,
It's okay.
If it makes no sense,
That's okay.
And if you don't hear anything,
It's okay.
I would invite you a second time to say,
Okay,
This is my time for me,
I've got a little bit of time.
So what is it that I really need to hear,
See,
Sense,
Explore,
Please come forward.
And you've got two more steps along that path.
And then you notice that the path enters into a forest.
So go right ahead because you find that when you step into that forest,
There's a beautiful path and it's clear.
There are things in the path,
But it's actually very inviting.
So as you continue forward on this path,
I invite you to just look around and notice if you can see a stick or a stone or a pine cone.
And if you do,
I invite you to pause and pick it up and keep yourself open to feeling and being.
And now coming up,
There's a slight bend,
Very gentle but slight bend going uphill and around a bend in the forest.
You can't quite see what's on the other side.
And you have to traverse over a little bit of things in the path,
Not bad,
But just really having your awareness.
As you're doing this and completely in the experience,
I invite you to notice how maybe the temperature has changed,
How the air feels.
Has the light changed?
Is there any canopy coverage that's shifting it?
And also check within yourself.
What about that awareness that popped up?
So as you get around that corner,
There is a very large clearing and it's lovely ground cover.
And you continue up and in that center,
You realize why there's a fire ring.
What a perfect place for a fire.
And there are some larger rocks and some stumps and you can choose to take a seat at one of those around this fire ring.
And as you're seated and you bring your awareness to what it feels like that you're sitting on,
Is it hard,
Is it soft,
Is it cold,
Is it warm from the sun?
Just really being exactly present with you.
And now I invite you to bring your attention to whatever it was you may have picked up in the past,
Whether it was a stick,
Pine cone,
Stone.
I invite you to hold it out in front of you.
What does it feel like?
And now I invite you to bring it close as if you're holding it with your palms up,
Resting it in your lap.
Because whatever you're holding in your hands is going to be able to help you discover a little bit more about what you need to explore today.
So as you hold it,
Palms up,
In your lap,
I invite you now to turn your feelings,
Your thoughts,
Your awareness to those words that you heard earlier,
What do I need to explore?
And it's at this point that I invite you to ask yourself the question,
Okay,
So I heard this,
What does that mean?
Or perhaps,
Where do I feel this in my body?
And that might bring your awareness to a point in your body where there's tension or nausea or excitement or,
Don't label it.
Whatever comes is just information,
And if it doesn't come,
Ask another question.
Or if you get exasperated,
Share that too,
And then listen.
Not just with your ears,
Or in your mind's eye,
But open up your body.
What does this feel like?
How old is it?
Why is it coming up now?
And for some of us,
That can be an easy dialogue,
And for some of us,
We don't hear or feel a thing.
And no matter where this experience falls on the spectrum for you,
It's okay.
And I invite you to go right into your heart,
Push to the shelves the thoughts,
And just go right into your heart,
That divine love.
And fill with that,
Just that pure,
Profound,
Simple love.
Perhaps it comes with a color,
Perhaps it comes with feeling,
Perhaps it comes with tears,
Or anything else,
It's all good.
And as you fill,
I invite you to take whatever you needed to explore,
And if you didn't hear anything,
Even that,
The empty,
And leaving the stick or the pine cone or the stone on your lap,
Bring your two hands up,
Scoop what it was that came to you,
And bring it right to your chest,
Right to that heart chakra,
Right on the sternum.
And bring close the everything,
The nothing,
Whatever it is,
Because it's for you.
Allow this aspect to bathe in your absolute divine love,
Just holding it there.
And I invite you to bring your awareness to the inhalation through the nose,
And the exhalation.
And for that inhalation,
Bring the awareness,
And bring it through love.
And just be present with this for a few cycles,
Connecting the inhalation and what you need to be aware of through the heart,
And through the exhalation.
And now I invite you to relax your hands,
Bring them back to your lap,
And find whatever it was,
Like a stone,
Pine cone,
And lift it up,
And bring the awareness that what you were to explore,
Whether it was particular or even a nothing,
A blank,
Now draw that from the love of your heart,
And allow it to enter into this peace of nature,
Whatever perfection was provided to you on your path.
If it is the stuff,
Allow all of that to go in.
And if it helps you,
You can even hold it up close to your lips,
And blow in that which came to you,
All of it.
And just blow it all in,
And if it was a stone,
That which came to you,
Blow it all in.
And if it's unknowing,
That's okay,
Blow it all in.
So whatever it is that presented itself on the path that you chose now,
I am inviting you to take it from that heart,
Blow it all in,
And then bring your awareness to that fire ring,
Something you didn't notice,
But there are now flames right in the center,
Totally safe,
But very beautiful.
And with,
Like the flame,
It helps us to transmute,
To see,
To shift,
To process.
So when you're ready,
I invite you to bring forward an intention of,
Help me to receive and understand everything that I need to from this right now.
And when you're ready,
The invitation is that you may set that into the fire for a releasing,
For an understanding,
For a transmuting,
And I invite you to go back and sit down or just walk around the fire.
With the intention of gratitude,
Thank you for helping me process something that I haven't seen.
And as the fire dissipates and all is released,
I invite you now to get up and head back down the path and around the corner,
Just noticing the awareness of what's around you.
Now you're stepping out of the forest onto the path,
Back to where you had settled in.
And I invite you back home into your own very being today.
And thank you for this bit of a journey.
When you're ready,
Just wiggle your fingers and toes and come forward and have a beautiful day.
