In this meditation, you are guided through breath work and asked to allow it to flow through each of your chakras (energy centers). For the second part, you are invited to explore if there is more within you that would like to give you deeper information for self healing, growth and awareness.

Hello,

Thank you for joining me today.

I invite you to make yourself comfortable.

If you're in a seat,

Just go ahead and nestle in a bit,

Really just settle in.

And if you have anything on your mind,

Just go ahead and set it aside and know that you can come back to it after our time here.

So as anything also pops up in your mind,

Just give it a nod and then just allow it to float by or set it again on the side.

It's very normal that this may happen.

Okay,

So as you settle in,

Making yourself comfortable,

Invite you to bring your awareness to your body,

To yourself.

Let's first bring our attention to how we are sitting,

Relying and bring the awareness to what is supporting you.

So if your attention,

If your sitting comes to your sits bones,

Just really feel and be aware that you are being supported by the chair,

The bench,

Sofa.

Is anything supporting you back?

Perhaps your legs are supported.

Perhaps your feet are being supported as well,

Whether it's on a bar or on the floor.

Just bringing the awareness to that at this point,

At this time,

At this very moment,

You're here.

Giving yourself time to take a breath,

To have a brief rest from every other part of your day or evening.

And this time is for you.

So now I invite you to bring your awareness to your breath,

Both the inhalation and the exhalation.

Just following the course,

Not trying to change anything.

Just tracking your breath,

Both on the inhale as well as the exhale.

This is a stasis.

And we can get to the point where we have an awareness and feel the rhythm and have our attention right here.

I invite you right now to expand your awareness a little bit outward to your whole body.

Bring your attention to your skin.

What is the feeling?

Can you feel the air?

Perhaps the temperature?

Is it cooler on your skin?

If so,

Where do you notice that?

Do you feel any air movement?

Perhaps even do you feel the breath as it comes in through the nose or the exhale?

Do you feel anything else on your skin?

Perhaps fabric?

Perhaps the clothing?

You bring your awareness to what you feel touching parts of your skin.

Just be aware of what you're brought to.

And now I invite you to expand that awareness a little bit more and bring in the auditory.

Do you hear anything close by or close to you?

If there was an aspect of silence,

Do you hear sound in that?

And with that invitation of expansion,

Check in.

Do you hear any sounds a little bit further away?

I invite you to bring your attention back to your breath,

Both the inhalation and the exhalation and take notice if it's any different than it was when you began.

Has the pacing changed?

Do you feel the need to take a bigger inhalation and without a bigger exhalation?

Has it slowed down?

As we have brought ourselves into this present moment and we are working on expanding our awareness through our senses,

I invite you to bring your attention through your breath to each of the chakras or energy centers of the seven major ones.

And as you inhale,

I invite you to bring that inhalation up to the top of your head,

Almost as if that it's coming in and coming to that seventh chakra,

The crown chakra,

And just really expanding in there and then allowing it to just travel down for the exhalation and back out.

And I invite you to have a second cycle of that in breath all the way up to the crown chakra.

And when you have that exhalation,

Allowing it all the way out.

And for the next two cycle of breaths,

Invite that inhalation to come up to that forehead or that third eye that's right between your two eyes and in the forehead.

And then allow that exhalation to bring it out.

And again,

The second cycle of breath into that third eye and out.

And the next two cycles of breath,

I invite to have that inhalation coming into the throat chakra.

It's at the base of the throat,

Right above the collarbones or the clavicles in the center.

Allow it to be there and to expand and then allow it to travel out in the exhalation.

And again,

At your own pace,

The inhalation in right to that throat chakra and then out.

And I invite that the next two breaths come in right to the heart chakra in the center of the sternum or the chest,

Allowing it to expand.

And you may even visualize a brightness,

A lightening,

And then allowing it to release that exhale.

And once again,

Bring it back in through to the heart chakra.

Feel that expansiveness,

Maybe even see the brightness in your mind's eye and then allow it to exhale.

And then I invite you to bring in that next breath and that goes into the solar plexus chakra.

You might even feel a brightness,

A sunlight,

Figuratively there.

Allow it to expand and then release.

Bringing your awareness into that second breath back into the solar plexus,

Expansion,

And then releasing on that exhalation.

And this next two cycles of breath,

I invite you to bring that in and it's going to go into that gut,

Right below the belly button into that gut and allow it to expand that space,

Your second chakra,

And then allow it to release in that exhalation.

And then one more time as you bring that inhalation and bringing that breath to that second chakra and then allowing the exhalation to bring that back out.

And this final series of two cycles of breath,

I invite you to bring that breath in to the base chakra,

Which is right at the base,

Bring that in,

Feel the expansion of energy,

And then allow that to go back out through the exhalation.

And for the final time,

With that inhalation,

Bring that in to the base chakra and then allow that to trail out.

Now I invite you just to go ahead and take a few larger inhalations and exhalations at your pace.

And I invite with this also if it helps you a little bit of movement,

Whether it's rolling the shoulders,

Moving the neck and head,

Perhaps moving your arms and your hands,

Shifting the sits bones,

Your hips,

Just giving permission for your body to have some movement as we are awakening and bringing our focus of breath inward and our focus and awareness of expansion.

Okay,

So now I invite you to just settle in again.

It feels like we have gently just awakened,

Perhaps some cells and parts within us and just shifted.

Now I invite you to come right back into the present almost as if you are stepping back in and sitting right within your body.

It's almost as if your energy,

Your light being has just been really awakened.

And I'm inviting each of you to bring that part,

Your light being,

Which is always you,

That's the primary you,

But I'm inviting that light being to come and set and settle right in on the lap almost of your own physical body.

So there's such interconnection,

There's such parts of a whole,

You are a light being with this physical body.

And I'm just inviting the awareness of these aspects of you.

All right.

So now,

As we sit here,

I'd like you to visualize that you're sitting in a really comfortable place and there is a lot of space in front of you.

And it's very open,

Very safe.

And I want you to just bring your awareness to this space figuratively that you are in and feel it and just look around figuratively in your mind's eye and just notice what is this like?

And what makes it so comfortable for me?

And these are just passing questions.

If nothing comes,

That's okay.

But it might be that your awareness is picking up more.

You might be getting a visual of what it is.

Everything is all right.

And I'm going to invite you just to do two cycles of breath in this new space where you are sitting,

Knowing that it's completely comfortable,

Completely safe and completely yours.

And as we sit here,

I invite you to ask yourself if there is a part of me that would like to almost step out in front and be noticed.

So you may find that there is a part of you that's actually stepping out and standing and turning around looking at you.

And if not,

That's okay.

Whatever is showing up or is not,

It's all okay.

Just go ahead.

If there's something a part of you just give a nod,

Acknowledge a quiet hello.

And then I invite you to go back to yourself and ask that question once again.

Is there another part of me that wants to show themselves to know so that I know that they are here?

And invite them also to step out in front.

And then for the third time,

I invite you to ask yourself,

Is there something that I have not given attention to or not been aware of that would like to come out in front of me as well?

And if something appears,

Please go ahead and give that figurative nod,

That hello,

That I see you thought.

And now sitting here with whatever has presented itself in front of you,

I invite you to bring your focus momentarily into that heart chakra,

Which is right in that sternum,

The center of your chest.

And I invite you to bring in or bring the awareness to that love,

That divine spark,

That pure divinity and love and just feel it and allow it to grow.

Just being with this purity,

This divine love,

This energy.

And once you feel it,

You're very present.

Invite you to look back out figuratively to what has shown up in front of you.

And starting with the first part of you or piece that has come out,

Ask,

What is it you would like to share with me?

And just listen.

You may hear words,

You may not.

You may be given a feeling.

We are just here for the exploration of what more would like it to show itself.

And as you work from that divine place of love within you,

That is you,

Just receive whatever is being brought to you.

Don't judge.

Don't wait good,

Bad,

Right,

Wrong,

Nothing.

Just allow for a complete openness.

And then I invite you to respond with gratitude,

A thank you,

An acknowledgement of what has been given to you.

When you feel that is complete,

You may allow that to stay there or you may figuratively choose to bring that right back into you.

Either is fine.

And I invite you again to now look at that second piece that presented itself out in front of you.

And go ahead and ask that same question.

What would you like me to know?

And if anybody does not have anything out in front of them,

That's all right too.

Perhaps you sit with that divine love.

That is who you are.

Just hold that.

Just allow.

And for those of you who are dialoguing with what has stepped out,

Invite you again to go into gratitude for this information that is being uncovered from deep within you.

And for anybody who needs,

If you need to come back to center,

You just bring in your breath.

You inhale and you exhale.

And now I invite you for a third time to come back into that center,

That love,

That divinity.

And if you have a third part that has shown itself out in front of you,

I invite you to ask in what do you want to share with me?

And dialogue.

And when you're ready,

Again,

Bring forth gratitude for no matter what has been shared,

The fact that the awareness has been expanded to bring in something additional is a beautiful gift.

And if we can take another layer opening and see a deeper truth,

That is a gift.

Not waiting it again,

Good or bad,

But just being.

Just holding.

Now I invite you to allow whatever is in front of you to be there for a moment,

Coming back once again,

That reminder in to your body,

Being aware of your light body,

The light being that you are,

Being aware of that additional love,

That divinity,

All a part of you.

And I invite you to expand,

Extend almost like a circle around from you,

Around and out into that center in front of you and anything that was laid there.

It's almost like a light energy circle that is encompassing and enclosing and holding and feel a larger gratitude of thank you for bringing this awareness to me right now in this time.

And if it feels right,

I invite you with those arms figuratively to bring what needs to come back right into you,

Into that part of the whole and see the light that you are and just realize you've just done some pretty beautiful work just by exploring some of which you are holding inside and just bring it right back in.

And figuratively,

If you want to imagine zippering it up,

Getting it tight and bringing the awareness that you're bringing your energy back in and you want to just kind of seal it up so it's not leaking everywhere but just holding it in.

So with your base chakra,

Imagine a circle clockwise and then the last one counter.

And then your second chakra,

Imagine a circle clockwise and then the last one counter.

And we're going to go up to our solar plexus and clockwise circling and then counter just to seal it.

And then to that heart chakra,

Clockwise circling and then that brief counter clockwise to seal it.

And then to the throat chakra,

Circling and then that quick counter clockwise to seal it.

And then up to that third eye chakra or the sixth chakra,

Visualize clockwise motion and then one quick counter.

And then to that crown chakra,

Again,

Sealing going clockwise and then one quick counter clockwise.

All right,

Thank you.

And I invite you to go ahead and allow some movement with your hands,

Your head,

Your neck.

And when you're ready,

I invite you just to open your eyes and come back for the day.

Thank you.
