Hello,
Thank you for joining me today.
I invite you to come on in,
Get yourself comfortable,
Settle into wherever you are,
And just make sure this space is a little bit out of the way so you can have some quiet,
So that you can just come back to your center,
Come back here,
And have a little bit of rest and also recharging.
So if you're sitting down or lying down,
I'd like you to just make yourself comfortable,
Bring your awareness to what is supporting you physically,
Whether it's a bench,
A chair,
A sofa,
And just notice the points on your body that are making contact with what is supporting you.
And as you feel into this,
I invite you to also bring your awareness into your breath with an inhalation through the nose and your exhalation through the nose as well.
And go ahead and continue to track your breath,
Not trying to change it,
Not trying to determine what it's from or why,
But just dropping all of that,
Just being present with your inhalation and your exhalation.
And just keep following a few more cycles.
And I invite you now to really allow yourself to settle in even a little bit more.
Perhaps you feel the muscles loosening on the back of your neck or between your shoulder blades.
And as those relax,
Give yourself permission to roll those shoulders back so that you're opening that chest plate,
The heart chakra,
But also feel your body,
The muscles relaxing and loosening and settling in a little bit more deeply.
Bring your awareness or continue your awareness with your breath,
Both the inhalation and the exhalation.
And if you're getting thoughts,
Busyness from the day,
As you continue following your breath,
Give a nod to whatever's floating by and say,
It's okay,
I can come back to you.
And you can visualize it set on a shelf or floating away like a cloud or like the bubbles or flow on the top of the stream,
Whatever works.
What is important is that you have chosen to be here at this time for yourself and for your well-being.
And that's a beautiful gift.
And everything that you've put a pause to,
Give yourself permission for that as well,
Because it'll be there when you get back.
And you may also find that some things you thought were so important,
May resolve themselves by the time you get back.
So come back to your center,
Feel your body and follow your breath.
I invite you at this point to visualize in your mind that you are sitting somewhere in nature.
The temperature is actually perfect.
You're rather quite comfortable.
And as you sit here,
You feel there's something supporting you.
I invite you with your mind's eye to look around.
What is it like?
And as you scan,
You also remember that you're comfortable.
Everything is just actually the way it should be.
It's just right.
And this is your time for you.
And as you're sitting here,
I invite you to start opening the senses in your mind's eye.
So as you scan with your eyes,
What do you see?
And I invite you to add another layer.
What do you hear?
And bringing yourself back into the body while you're there.
What is your breath like?
Again,
No need to change it.
Just bringing your awareness.
And as you're sitting here,
I invite you in your mind's eye to put your hands out,
Your arms a little bit and touch the nature around you as you're sitting there.
What does it feel like?
What is it?
How are the textures?
And as you look around,
You get more comfortable with this space.
Something comes into your awareness,
Not necessarily from that environment,
But be something from inside you.
And it's something that as you're going through this process,
You momentarily forgot.
Maybe it was tucked deep inside of you.
Maybe it's been covered for a long time,
Or maybe it's residual from something that occurred today in that outer world.
And with the awareness that you're still here in nature,
Gifting this time for your work,
For your rejuvenation,
For your being.
I invite you to acknowledge that something and actually take it into your hand and bring it right to your lap.
So if it was a feeling,
Okay,
Just take it with both your hands and bring it right to your lap.
If it's a situation,
That as well.
It can be anything.
Something inside,
Perhaps it's even dormant.
Bring it forward and allow it to be right there.
And as you hold it,
Either resting on your lap or right above your lap,
Wherever your arms are comfortable,
I invite you to know it's there and just pause and bring in the inhalation through your nose and the exhalation through your nose.
And then with awareness while you're breathing,
Realize that your heart is filling with so much love,
So much light,
So much goodness,
Whatever that feels like,
Whatever it looks like,
Whatever it is,
But you are settled into the perfect place with the perfect time and just allow that heart to be so open.
And as you feel that,
Now bring your awareness back to your hands and whatever you're holding in your hands and the allowing that,
I don't know,
With my heart so open,
With your heart so open,
We can each take a look at what we're holding and what we're feeling.
And then as you take a look at what we're holding and observing,
We can see it,
Look at it,
Without feeling the other stuff.
We're observing.
It's almost like looking through a window because whatever it is that you're holding or have brought forth or have opened up,
It's something that wants you to bring your awareness that it's there.
So while you're holding it and knowing that your heart is just expanding and also giving out just love,
No distortions,
Just this pure love,
Light,
Radiance.
And I invite you to take a look,
Okay?
And if you'd like,
You may go ahead and like give it a soft little lift and release so it could just float in front of you.
And I invite you to ask whatever has come and shown itself to you,
What does it want you to know?
And if you hear words,
That's great.
And if you don't,
That's equally fine.
So now I invite you without the words,
From that radiance and coming out of your heart and that heart chakra,
Imagine a bridge and it's now extending to what is floating in front of you.
It's a beautiful bridge.
It's just quite lovely.
Take your time just looking at that bridge,
Understanding how carefully it's been crafted and created and that it is connecting your heart to what has come for you.
And now I invite you to actually,
While you're being in heart or holding and anchoring that part of the bridge,
I invite another aspect of you to hop on that bridge,
Step up however you need and go ahead and start crossing that bridge.
What does it feel like under your feet?
And if you look out,
Do you see anything?
And then when you're halfway,
Take a look forward at what you're exploring,
But also pause and take a look around you because sometimes there is a gift in the space in between.
So now I invite you to continue forward however long it takes you and as you get there,
You can stand just at that edge of the bridge,
Which is really safely anchored into this as well.
And I invite you to put a hand out and actually touch what is in front of you.
Is there a temperature?
What does it feel like?
Can you feel a rhythm?
Using all your senses and maybe even senses you're not aware of,
I invite you to put both hands up and to put them forward,
Palms facing out,
Fingers spread wide,
And I invite you to feel.
And with this awareness,
You're also realizing that what is coming from your heart is also connecting and radiating out of your palms.
So by extension,
You are going up with an expanded,
Love,
Radiant,
Joy,
Light.
And now if you'd like,
You may take your hands down or you may hold them up,
But I invite you to either with a verbal word or in your mind or from any other sense,
What is it you need me to know?
How can we help?
And as you're feeling things,
If you want to step off that bridge into that space,
Go right ahead.
You can even invite this situation to hold hands with you and to show you around.
If there's a story that's being given,
Okay.
But then once that have ended,
Ask that situation,
What would you like to change?
What can we learn from this?
And how can I help?
For this is a beautiful opportunity to possibly shed something that no longer serves or to show up just in truth and listen and understand,
Okay,
I can learn from this and I can relieve.
And if that doesn't resonate,
Which for some it may and some it may not,
It's okay just to show up,
Lend a hand to that different aspect of yourself and say,
We can get through this together.
So I invite you now to pause wherever you are,
Whether it's the end of the bridge or within that situation,
And ask you to pause and really,
Really share gratitude for this opportunity,
For this awakening and this potential awareness.
And when you're ready,
I invite you to,
If you're not already on the edge of the bridge,
Go back to the edge of the bridge and step onto it and start your way back to you that is seated in nature.
And I invite you to hold your head up a little bit more and take a look all around you.
What do things look like now?
You can pause at the center or three quarters over and look around.
Is there anything additional that needs to be shared with you?
Sometimes in that silence,
We find the biggest aha.
So go ahead and follow the path all the way back and give the bridge permission to disappear.
And now bring yourself back right into your center with the awareness that you're somewhere in nature and take in a large inhale and exhale and notice,
Is there fragrance?
What's the lighting like?
And as you're ready,
I invite you to thank this place,
The sacred place that you have come to,
That you have journeyed to,
And give yourself permission to come back into your body,
Into the day,
Listening to these words.
And as you come back,
I invite you to bring your hand actually right below your belly to your gut,
Both hands,
Pressing inward and saying thank you.
Thank you for this journey and for trusting.
You're talking to your gut,
To your part of you.
Then I invite you to bring those hands up to your heart,
That sternum,
And press your hands to that heart and say thank you,
Naming gratitude.
And then I invite you to take your hands and press the palms gently onto the forehead or the third eye and say thank you.
When you're ready,
Go ahead and let your arms relax,
Your hands settle in,
Maybe feel yourself back in your present space.
Take notice of any cloth or clothing on your skin.
And when you're ready,
Bring your awareness right back to the day.
