This guided meditation can help to remind you of your value and your worth.

Even on a stressful day,

You can complete this meditation lying down or in a comfortable seat if you just have a few minutes to spare.

We will repeat three affirmations while indulging on a steady inhale and a long,

Relaxing exhale.

Let's enjoy a few inhales and exhales together.

Get comfortable and exhale all of the air out through your nose or through your mouth.

Exhale slowly filling up the chest,

The belly,

All the way to the toes.

Exhale emptying out everything,

Bringing tension and anger along with it.

Release what doesn't serve you in this moment.

Inhale will take a little extra time on our exhales.

Exhale slowly controlling and following your exhale as it removes doubts,

Insecurity,

And worry.

One more inhale,

Focusing on places where your feet are touching the ground or where your head is touching the pillow.

Exhale thanking your body for all it has done on this day,

During this week,

Throughout this lifetime.

On your next few rounds of breath,

Thank your body for each inhale,

Each step,

Each sigh.

As you continue to breathe,

I will introduce the affirmations.

Each affirmation has two parts,

Corresponding with your inhale and your exhale.

Simply take the time to breathe in these affirmations and talk to yourself.

We'll begin with our first affirmation.

Inhale repeating to yourself,

I am enough.

Exhaling repeating to yourself,

The universe accepts me as I am.

Inhaling I am enough.

Exhaling the universe accepts me as I am.

Continue for a few rounds of breath,

Continuing to speak to yourself where you are right now with the love and acceptance that you deserve.

You are enough.

The universe loves and accepts you as you are,

For all that you are.

Continue to let this message sink in as you repeat it to yourself with this affirmation.

You can continue to breathe with this affirmation and ignore the sound of my voice.

I will be moving on to the second affirmation.

If you're ready to move on,

Thank yourself for this first affirmation and bring the focus back to your breath.

We'll begin with our second affirmation.

Inhaling and repeating,

I deserve a seat at the table.

Exhale repeating to yourself,

The life I've lived gives me a valuable perspective.

Inhaling I deserve a seat at the table.

Exhaling the life I've lived gives me a valuable perspective.

I deserve a seat at the table.

Life I've lived gives me a valuable perspective.

Continue to repeat this affirmation to yourself or jump back to the first affirmation if that is calling for you.

You deserve a seat at the table.

Skills,

Knowledge,

And experience that you have gained throughout your lifetime make you a valuable part of this world.

Your perspective,

Your voice is needed.

Continue to focus on this idea,

Speaking to yourself,

Believing this truth.

Continue to repeat this affirmation to yourself or let go and prepare for the third and final affirmation of this meditation.

Focusing on the breath,

This affirmation is once again delivered in two parts.

Inhale,

Repeating,

It will fall into place.

Exhale,

Repeating,

The universe has a plan for the future.

I can enjoy the present.

Inhale it will fall into place.

Exhale the universe has a plan for the future.

I can enjoy the present.

It will fall into place.

The universe has a plan.

I can enjoy the present.

Continue to repeat this affirmation to yourself or jump back to the first,

The second affirmation,

Or an affirmation that's calling to you at this moment.

This is your meditation.

Trust the universe.

Trust yourself.

Trust this moment.

It will fall into place.

You can and you deserve to enjoy this present moment.

Continue to repeat this last affirmation to yourself or to let go and focus solely on the direction of your inhales and your exhales.
