Good morning.

Find a comfortable place to sit or lie down.

Start to focus on your breathing,

Making each inhale and exhale slower than the one before.

Take your time.

This meditation will help you move forward in your day with patience,

Confidence,

And trust.

Patience is rooted in trust in the universe.

Patience is rooted in confidence.

Every moment we make a choice to trust the universe.

Think of all of the beautiful things in your life right now.

Your ability to take a deep breath.

The roof over your head.

The friends and family who are just a phone call away.

Everything the universe has placed in front of you has brought you to this abundant moment.

You can trust that no matter what you face today,

The universe has a plan for you.

A plan that you can trust.

Patience is rooted in trust in the universe.

Patience is rooted in confidence.

Without patience and without trust,

We are left with anxiety,

Fear,

And doubt.

Choose to fill your day with patience,

Trust,

And confidence.

Leave no room for anxiety,

Fear,

And doubt.

Patience is rooted in trust in the universe.

Patience is rooted in confidence.

There are simple ways that we can cultivate patience throughout our day.

First,

Just breathe.

Focus on your breath.

Make each inhale and exhale slower than the one before.

Observe how beautiful it is to take a slow,

Deep breath.

Patience allows us to enjoy each second of these deep,

Calm inhales and slow,

Steady exhales.

Second,

Repeat this mantra.

Patience is rooted in trust in the universe.

Patience is rooted in confidence.

Patience is rooted in trust in the universe.

Patience is rooted in confidence.

Finally,

You can cultivate patience by offering yourself some compassion.

Think of a friend,

Someone who you are patient with on a day-to-day basis.

Maybe they haven't quit the job that's frustrating them,

Or they haven't taken steps that you know will help them grow.

Yet,

You remain patient with them because you care for them,

And you know that we take the right steps when we are ready.

Extend that patience and compassion to yourself.

Maybe you are not where you want to be financially.

That's okay.

Maybe you have not reached the goals that you set for yourself.

Don't worry.

Offer yourself patience today.

Offer yourself some compassion.

Patience is rooted in trust in the universe.

Patience is rooted in confidence.
