Find a comfortable position,

Either sitting or lying down.

Close your eyes and begin to take a deep breath in through your nose.

And exhale gently through your mouth.

With each breath allow yourself to relax more deeply.

Let your shoulders drop and your jaw loosen and your entire body sink into a comfortable state of ease.

Imagine a warm golden light beginning at the top of your head,

Slowly moving down your body,

Relaxing each part of you as it flows.

This light is calm,

Soothing and nurturing,

Washing away any tension.

As you relax further,

Notice how the sound of my voice becomes the only thing you need to focus on.

The outside world gently fades away and you feel safe,

Secure and ready to turn inward.

With each breath you feel a sense of peacefulness growing stronger within you.

I'd like you to imagine standing at the top of a beautiful staircase.

This staircase represents your journey into deep relaxation and into the part of your mind where transformation happens.

In a moment I'll count from 10 to 1.

With each number imagine stepping down this staircase,

Feeling more relaxed,

More at ease and more open to change.

Taking the first step down,

Feeling the weight of the day begin to melt away.

Going deeper now,

Feeling the soft pull of gravity guiding you down.

Every muscle in your body loose and relaxed.

The golden light surrounds you,

Protecting you.

Deeper still as a sense of calm envelops you completely.

Halfway down,

Feeling so safe and secure.

Trusting this process,

Allowing yourself to let go.

Deeper still,

Each breath guiding you further inward.

Almost there,

Open and ready to receive positive change.

At the bottom now,

Fully relaxed and fully receptive.

Now that you're deeply relaxed,

Imagine yourself standing in front of a clear,

Still lake.

The surface is calm,

Mirroring the beauty of the sky above.

This lake represents your mind.

When it is still,

It reflects the truth of who you are.

Look into the water and see a reflection of yourself,

But not just as you are now.

This is the most confident,

Self-assured version of you.

Notice the strength in your gaze,

The calm in your smile,

The power in your posture.

This is you,

Free from doubt,

Clear in your purpose,

And full of unwavering belief in yourself.

As you focus on this powerful version of you,

I'm going to give you some suggestions.

Allow these suggestions to flow into your subconscious mind like ripples on the water,

Becoming a permanent part of you.

You are capable of achieving anything you set your mind to.

The strength you need is already within you.

9.

You release all doubts and fears.

They hold no power over you.

10.

You trust yourself,

Your path,

And the timing of your life.

Everything is unfolding perfectly for you.

You are resilient,

Unstoppable,

And worthy of success.

Your confidence grows with every step you take.

You let go of excuses and limitations.

You are free to live your best,

Most fulfilling life.

Each time you hear these suggestions,

They become stronger and stronger within you.

In its place,

Confidence,
