This is Day 6 of the 7-day program, Nervous System Recalibration: A 7-Day Return to Safety. Today, we take regulation beyond the meditation space and into everyday life. Regulation does not mean remaining calm at all times. It means recognizing when activation begins and knowing how to gently return to yourself. This practical session will help you identify your personal anchors—such as your breath, the feeling of your feet on the ground or the support beneath your body—and practise using them during real conversations, decisions and unexpected moments. You do not need to maintain regulation perfectly. Your nervous system only needs to remember: I know the way back. Optional journal prompt: What helps me return to steadiness when I notice myself becoming activated?
