From a young age, Manoj has been musician and for many years, a producer creating a varied and eclectic mix of music. Manoj has always had a passion for wellbeing, meditation, yoga and breathwork. This has inspired him to create music, guided meditations and audio which he hopes helps others will find useful in everyday life. His recordings are intended to promote relaxation, reduce stress and help with wellbeing.
