Greetings.

My name is Talwinder Sidhu.

I'm the founder of Moon Meditation and this guided meditation is designed to relax your mind.

Let's get started.

For three seconds you're going to breathe in through your nose and breathe out through your mouth.

Ready?

Through your nose,

Inhale.

One,

Two,

Three.

Through your mouth,

Exhale.

One,

Two,

Three.

Good.

Let's practice that one more time.

Through your nose,

Inhale.

One,

Two,

Three.

Through your mouth,

Exhale.

One,

Two,

Three.

Good.

Now we're going to practice that again on the count of four,

But this time feel as though the air you breathe in is the same air you breathe out,

As if the air is traveling through your body in one cycle.

Ready?

Through your nose,

Inhale.

One,

Two,

Three,

Four.

Through your mouth,

Exhale.

One,

Two,

Three,

Four.

Once again,

Through your nose,

Inhale.

One,

Two,

Three,

Four.

Through your mouth,

Exhale.

One,

Two,

Three,

Four.

Great job.

Now let's do this one more time on the count of five,

But this time imagine the air circulation cleaning out your lungs,

As if it's collecting dust.

Ready?

Through your nose,

Inhale.

One,

Two,

Three,

Four,

Five.

Through your mouth,

Exhale.

One,

Two,

Three,

Four,

Five.

One more time.

Through your nose,

Inhale.

One,

Two,

Three,

Four,

Five.

Through your mouth,

Exhale.

One,

Two,

Three,

Four,

Five.

Excellent.

Now continue breathing in and out through your nose in a comfortable and controlled manner.

As you breathe and sit in meditation,

The world as you know it is on pause.

There are no demands,

There are no pressures,

And there are zero expectations.

Time is at a standstill.

Everything is still.

And if you choose to accept this moment slowly and ever so gently,

With your next inhale,

Roll your eyes up toward the center of your mind to lock into your meditation.

This is a subtle shift in consciousness,

So do not strain your eyes or cause any tension.

And if you haven't done so already,

Roll your eyes up and lock into your meditation now.

Continue breathing.

You are safe and are in complete control of this moment.

As you tune back into my voice,

Relax your eyes,

Relax your breathing,

Place your hands into prayer pose,

And in your mind or out loud,

Repeat these affirmations after me.

I am strong.

I belong.

I am worthy and I deserve to live true.

Once again.

I am strong.

I belong.

I am worthy and I deserve to live true.

Well done.

Keep your eyes closed.

Rub your hands together vigorously to create warmth.

Place your palms over your eyes to block out the light.

Now open your eyes and slowly let the light filter in through your fingers as you draw your hands down your face.

Welcome back.
