Hi friends!

It's time for our daily affirmation,

Inspiration,

And mindful journaling prompt.

Today we are on inspiration 353.

I am an abundant being.

You are capable of achieving anything you set your mind to.

Your thoughts and actions are powerful tools that can create the life that you want.

Believe in yourself and your abilities and the universe will conspire to make your dreams a reality.

Let go of fear and doubt and trust in abundance.

Trust in the abundance of the universe.

You are capable of achieving greatness and the world is waiting for you to shine your light.

There is enough for all of us.

That is what I have heard multiple times from multiple people,

That there's plenty for everybody.

And we have to believe that it's there for us.

We have to believe in the abundance of the universe and that the universe is going to bring us what we need.

You might call it the law of attraction if you've seen or read The Secret,

But it comes down to that.

But it's not just enough to want something.

You have to feel it too.

You have to really feel because if there's any little inkling,

Any little niggly self-doubt inside you,

The universe is going to catch on that too.

If you're saying,

Oh I want this and I want that and I know I deserve it and then there's something inside you somewhere,

Maybe I don't deserve that much or maybe I haven't worked hard enough for it or pick a reason,

Any reason.

That's going to get in our way of the universe helping us because the universe is going to go,

Oh you're not sure,

Okay.

Trust that it's there for you.

Trust that it's it's here.

It's just waiting for you to open your hands and heart and let it in.

Your mindful journaling prompt for today is,

What things am I grateful for in my life right now that demonstrate my abundance?

Look around.

Look at the things that you've got and go,

Oh yeah,

I have this and I have that.

Yes and I can get more of that.

Absolutely.

Go ahead,

Write that down.

What do you have that is so fabulous and wonderful?

It doesn't always have to be things.

It can be friendships and community.

Those things are part of the abundance that you bring into your life.
