It's time for our daily affirmation,
Inspiration,
And mindful journaling prompt.
Today we're on inspiration 333.
It's okay to ask for help.
You don't have to carry the weight of the world on your shoulders.
Sometimes the bravest thing you can do is admit that you need assistance.
Asking for help is a sign of strength,
Not weakness.
It takes courage to recognize your limitations and seek support.
You are not alone in your struggles.
There are people who care about you and want to help you succeed.
Don't be afraid to reach out and ask for a helping hand.
It's a powerful act of self-love and self-care.
I am definitely one of these people that tries to do everything herself.
I literally try to do everything all by myself all the time.
Yep.
And it's me.
And yet I finally reached the point years ago that I can't do everything.
And I'm not an expert on everything and I've always been very clear about that.
But I would try to learn.
There are things that I'm just not gonna ever be good at.
I'm happy,
Happy to ask for help,
To ask people and pay people who know their business better than I do and know how to do something better than I do.
Again,
Just like I wrote here,
It's not a weakness.
It is a strength.
To recognize that you can't do everything.
You could say you're being vulnerable but I don't even think that that's being vulnerable.
I think that that's just being human and none of us are good at everything.
We just can't be.
There's different things that we're good at and we should make the most of those things that we're good at and we help others when they ask for help.
Absolutely.
Why can't we ask for help?
