Hello!

It's time for our daily affirmation,

Inspiration,

And mindful journaling prompt.

We are on Inspiration 331.

My body is perfect the way it is.

Your body is unique and beautiful and it carries you through every moment of your life.

Embrace every curve,

Every freckle,

Every scar,

For they are a testament to the strength and resilience of your body and spirit.

Your worth is not measured by your appearance,

But by the love and kindness that you give to yourself and others.

Treat your body with compassion and care,

Nourishing it with healthy foods,

Exercise,

And rest.

Celebrate in its abilities and honor its limitations.

Your body is a precious gift that deserves to be cherished and loved.

And I was a Weight Watchers coach for 32 years.

And you know,

When I first joined Weight Watchers and lost 50 pounds,

And it was all about how I looked.

And as I became a coach and went through training,

One of the things that has always,

Always stuck with me is that my 50 pounds was just as important to me as somebody else's 75 or 100 pounds.

And also just as important as the 10 pounds to somebody else.

It's not about our weight.

It's not about how we look.

It's not about what size we can wear.

It's about having our body take us through our experiences.

And some people have limitations.

I get it.

My mom has limitations.

She has mobility issues.

So she has limitations.

And when she was younger,

She used to be pretty frustrated about it.

And I'm not gonna say she's not frustrated about it now.

But she's come more accepting of the fact that,

Like,

Oh,

This is the way that my body is.

It's perfect for your experience.

Just like when I say this moment is perfect for you,

This body is right and perfect for you.
