Quieting down the outside world.
Quieting down the chaos,
The noise,
The distractions.
And just giving yourself full permission to be with yourself.
Within yourself.
Feeling your spirit.
Feeling your life force.
Your breath.
Your heartbeat.
We are now going to call down your North Star.
Your mission.
Why you came here.
What your purpose is.
Who you are.
And seeing that beautiful star shine above you.
Appearing.
Presenting itself in its glory.
Sparkling and glowing with the purest and most beautiful light.
And feeling its energy just feels like home.
It feels familiar,
Warm,
Welcoming,
Inviting.
And allowing this beautiful light to beam around you and surround the space that you're in.
Powerful and bright.
Dear North Star,
I invite you now to assist me in releasing fears,
Doubts,
Insecurities,
Programming that hold me back from who I really am.
I wish to know who I really am.
To release judgment.
Deeply,
I desire this.
Deeply,
I desire to know myself.
To know my purpose.
To know my mission.
To know me.
And so North Star,
I ask you and I invite you to assist me.
I give you full permission to guide me.
To send synchronicity people,
Places and things that align with my truth.
With my mission.
With my purpose.
I invite you to send messages through and around me.
I invite you to wake me up.
I no longer choose to be a slave of the system.
A slave of the programming.
I break the chains.
I free myself.
And I invite my essence to awaken.
I invite my calling to be heard.
I invite myself to walk my path.
And so North Star,
I invite you now to assist me.
To reprogram my energy,
My body,
My frequency.
To help me understand.
To help me clear out my mind.
To help me align.
Align to my highest and greatest potential.
And suddenly the star begins to glow even brighter.
Shining its beams and its rays around you.
And gently one of the rays touches your forehead.
Piercing through your third eye.
Reaching into your mind.
And another beam shoots down.
Piercing through your chest.
Connecting to your heart.
And another one shoots down.
Connecting to your stomach.
Your belly button.
Piercing through.
Plugging in and tuning in to this frequency.
To this energy.
Aligning you and reprogramming your body.
Your energy.
We will sit with this clearing.
With this cleansing.
With this reprogramming.
If you see anything.
If you feel anything.
Just take note.
Now say,
Who am I?
Awaken.
Who am I?

And as we complete this meditation,
